I went there to buy tires they told me I had to make an appointment first. I just called now 3 times. Nobody answer the phone, I was ringing about 3 minutes each time !!

I stopped by the service center at Walmart and the lady at the desk got me in to get my lug nuts re tightened because they where so loose I could losen them with no effort at all and when the worker named Carlos was looking at my car he started talking about me in Spanish to the lady at the desk and I understood what he said. He was very disrespectful and kept questioning to help me he refused to listen to me and I told him the problem and that this service center was the last place I came to get my tires serviced and Carlos refused to help me he was coming at me in an aggressive hostile way and not professional at all. He refused to help me and I had to leave with loose luggage nuts on my car which could have fallen off at any time. I was told by Carlos’s they do not use an impact to tighten the lug nuts and they hand tighten them and they are not torqued to the specifications they need to be at. He got nasty with me and refused to help the situation and get me out in a timely manor. I was waiting for an hour going back and forth with Carlos while the whole time he continued to refuse to tighten my lug nuts for me to be on my way. Carlos did not get paid any more or any less to help me out and I told him I have warranty for the work I was provided and Carlos still refused. He was so unprofessional and he is a safety hazard to have working at a this service center if he can’t fix a problem that was brought to his attention. This problem could have been solved in less than 15 min but he refused and wasted a whole hour of my time instead of professionally handling it. I would not allow Carlos to touch my car in the future as he is a liability to myself and Walmart customers if he can’t fix a simple problem like lose lug nuts.I tried calling the store manager or supervisor and no one answers the phones. That’s why I’m writing this review next call is going to be Corporate. I shouldn’t have been treated this way when I paid for this service and bought all 4 tires there.

Zero stars. I showed up at 520pm but they refused to take my vehicle since they were closing at 6pm. All I needed was a patch for my tire, which I had purchased the road hazard warranty. The guy told me to just put air and that it should be OK. If I get in an accident, I will definitely sue.

They damaged my rims, maybe dropped them off, and now my car is shaking with new tires. They said that old tires auto balanced over time. Kind of crazy, right?

Very nice mechanic man, was straight to the point. However, the people who gave information over the phone was misleading and they put you on hold for 2.5 billion years. (Not sure if it was this location that I was transferred to)

I had one tire leaking around the rim slow leak. It was a Douglas tire I had purchased previously and they repaired free of charge with no appointment and after waiting for 90 minutes. Nice concerned about the customer is appreciated bottom line!Jose Ponce03/06/23
