Thee worst walmart there is. I called pick up and delivery, electronics, the operator no body answers the phone. Some boy answer the operator line saying someone is called. He was speaking to his Co worker. Then hang tge phone up. I wish I did not order online. The way I waited 45 mins in spot 9 to pick up 1 item is unbelievable. Go to any walmart before this one. You will regret this move if you shop here.

There is no 0 star option....I had my cart full with the purchases that I needed. Someone who works collecting carts full of purchases will find it difficult to ask whose cart it is, they only move it and when I went to ask the answers from the employees are so rude that it is disappointing I don't come to buy with enough time therefore I don't have the time to grab a cart again and look for the things I need a second time. Be more empathetic gentlemen.... Don't come here if you don't want to waste your time.

The elder Spanish lady working in the personal care isle couldn’t even have the decency to look my wife in the face when spoken to, we asked her for assistance getting razors and her response was “I don’t have the key if somebody else doesn’t have it then you have to come back tmrw” as she shrugged her shoulders and walked away to find something else to do.. when getting to the payment isle we asked the lady calling out open lanes if there was anyway we could get somebody with “the key” to open the section she said we had to ask whoever was there when we told her they didn’t care to help us get reply was “oh well” so we then placed everything we came to purchase back on the table and decided not to buy a damn thing from such lowsy establishment

I'm going to summarize, I ordered a pound of ham and the lady who served me gave it to me with a different price than the one marked, but the problem is not that, another person comes out and the lady who served me kindly comments to him and the young woman who comes out loudly tells him "to leave without ham." I find the latter a total lack of respect, it's a shame I couldn't take his name, that happened today at approximately 06:35 p.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2025

Just like all the other Walmarts... I don't know why they have self-checkout when they only have one section open and there's a line of 20 people or more

The staff is awesome!!! However the store itself was missing somethings I wanted. Fresh juice section was not near produce... the pharmacy was in the middle of the store to the left... it was just not easy to find anything. Also the lines to self check should be monitored.... bc people made up their own rules and definitely cut the line multiple times.

Have you ever been sent to a restaurant, hotel or supermarket to clean the floor while you are paying for the services of that place? Well, that was what a cashier named Isi told me with a very bad attitude to do because a package of chicken that I had in my shopping cart was leaking. I understand that it is a safety problem, when there is water on the floor. But a basic rule in any business that every associate should know is that you never, ever scold a customer for something that was caused by the business itself. What do I mean? 1st, the chicken package could be more frozen to give the customer time to make their purchases. 2nd, in the butcher shop area they would have to have bags that the customer can use along with signs that suggest covering these packages to avoid spills. 3rd, never under any circumstances tell a customer to clean the floor themselves, since they are paying for all the services that a supermarket of this category should have, among which is the cleaning and maintenance of the place. This was not the only thing that happened. Isi maintained her bad attitude, she threw the products as if she was upset because I told her I wouldn't clean the floor because I didn't want to get my hands dirty. In general, employees like these DOWNLOAD the supposed benefits of shopping here. As a customer, I prefer better treatment and not so much the discounts they offer. For reasons like these, I have understood that it is a mistake to be influenced by supposed discounts and stop going to places where they value customers, places like Publix Supermarket, for example, where it would be inconceivable that an associate would ask you, or treat you in a certain way. distantly similar to this one.
Have you ever been asked to clean the floor at a restaurant, hotel, or supermarket while you're paying for the services of that place? Well, that's what a cashier named Isi told me with a very bad attitude, asking me to do because a chicken package I had in my shopping cart was leaking. I understand that it's a safety issue when there is water on the floor. But one basic rule in any business, and something every associate should know, is that you should never, ever scold a customer for something caused by the business itself. What do I mean? First, the chicken package could have been frozen more to give the customer time to finish their shopping. Second, in the meat section, they should have bags available for customers to use, along with signs suggesting they cover these packages to avoid spills. Third, under no circumstances should a customer be asked to clean the floor themselves, as they are paying for all the services a supermarket of this category should offer, including cleaning and maintenance of the place. This was not the only thing that happened. Isi maintained her bad attitude, throwing the products as if she were upset because I told her I wouldn't clean the floor since I didn't want to dirty my hands. Overall, employees like this eclipse the supposed benefits of shopping here. As a customer, I prefer better service rather than focusing solely on the discounts they offer. For reasons like these, I've realized that it's a mistake to be influenced by supposed discounts and to stop going to places that truly value their customers, places like Publix Supermarket, where it would be unthinkable for anyone associated with asking or treating you in a remotely similar way.

The number of boxes is excellent, I almost never wait in line to pay for my items. Time is the greatest treasure and here I feel that it is greatly appreciated.
