I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and admiration for the exceptional service I received from Raúl López, the bank representative who assisted me. His kindness, courtesy, and professionalism were truly outstanding.
Raúl explained each step and detail of the process with clarity and precision, allowing me to fully understand what was happening. His knowledge and expertise in the area were evident throughout.

Ugly experience today with a customer "Rep" , I ask her very politely how to open a new account for my brother whom came legally , and have all paperwork and driver license and work permit and haven't ask for handouts just deposit his hard earned money and this lady told him that he couldn't because cuban citizens have to send a weird application somewhere ( she wasn't very clear about it) because they didn't know if he was going to be sent back to Cuba.

Very bad experience with this location, in fact the worst I have had regarding banking matters, today, Saturday, November 4, I had an appointment and for 5 minutes in the afternoon they did not attend to me, I understand that the shift is running and maybe they will leave me last in their schedule but not serving me anymore I was even more surprised by the treatment I received and the explanation given to me by both the person who was notified of the appointment and the supposed manager was not at all professional, she told me that they could not stay serving me for even 5 or 10 minutes after the bank's closing time, which in fact if they were providing service to one of their clients and due to closing time they did not finish, things would be left in the middle, that is, if I am opening a business account or personal or other matter if they cannot finish before closing then they stop the process, I have been a Well Fargo customer for almost 5 years, I have a business, personal and credit account and honestly today they disappointed me the most it was the most absurd response I have ever received The impression they left me was that there was no intention to assist me, I wasn't even outside of work hours!

Good afternoon, I had not had any complaints, they treated me very well when I opened my account, anyway the problem is when I should receive a refund, they told me that I should wait 5 business days, according to other sources it can be up to 10 days but I'm already on my way. 14 days and it is impossible to communicate, please I need an answer to this.

I don’t feel safe at the banks Exterior ATM. The last few times I’ve been there there is always beggers or homeless standing or sitting on floor next to the ATMs.

Less than one star, they will not resolve fraud committed on an account. They suck and they are thieves with a license to rob you to your face.
