I went in today with my wife for a couple of adjustments and open/change an account.
Carlos Arias is the banker that took care of us. Since the very beginning he was really friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated that he takes time to explain every detail and what’s being done. He addressed all of our concerns, offered promotions, and made us aware of things we didn’t know we had to update. I can tell he loves what he does because he cares for the people, and he was very professional as well.
He’s an asset to this branch! Thank you again for your help today Carlos Arias! I highly recommended him.

A few days ago I went to an appointment with Alexey at this branch. As always I received top notch service. I have been helped by Alex for years. He is always friendly and takes the time to explain the bank's new products and promotions. He is one of the main reasons Wells Fargo is my primary bank. Thanks Alex!

After 8 years they closed my account without stopping me from collecting my money just because I am a Cuban without residency but with a work permit. They are not interested if my family eats, if the rent is not paid and so on. It's just disrespectful.

Terrible service at the drive thru. There is never anyone there, you have to arrive and start honking for someone to come and then they come with no desire to work and leave again without giving you any explanations and take so long that you don't see them or know what they are doing.

Worst bank there is, you come and there is no representative who can help you, a lack of respect, they do not want to work at, you come at 4pm and they tell you that they are going to close and they have no one who can help you come another day

An old man skip the line because he said that he is handicap. He doesn’t look handicap, no handicap documents was ask in order to skip the line. He walks and stand without issue. People are taking advantage of the handicap in order to do everything faster and quickly. There are a lot of different handicap. He stay on the window for 30 minutes without complain that’s mean he is not a really handicap. That’s not right for the real handicap person.

I give it 1 star when I could give much less. It is the height of poor service that I have a client and having an emergency with one of my bank accounts, they tell you that you have to make an appointment, truly disrespectful. Very poor customer service in my opinion and they should put someone willing to really help their customers at the door.
