The truth is, the representative Benjamin who assisted me at 9 am, his service was excellent, he answered all the concerns I had about my personal account as well as my business account and how the Bank could help me. But unfortunately, despite having been with Wells Fargo for several years, they did not help me at all, so the best option is to change. Thank you Benjamin for your attention, you do deserve 5 stars. Horrible service. More than 20 minutes in the line to get to a teller and I had to leave. One of the only 3 tellers (they used to have more windows) just started counting money and ignored there was a long line. Unacceptable.

Terrible service. Came in at 9am and waited two hours, still waiting to be attended. They justify themselves with “you need an appointment for another day or you need to wait until we can attend to you”. There’s only two employees working on a Saturday morning and too busy to attend someone waiting for two hours.

Terrible service, everything changed when I had to go to the cashier, the girl who greeted me was super good, but when she handed me over to the person in charge of helping me with my process of obtaining foreign currency, her attitude was the least conducive to meeting my needs, in fact. He even told me where there was an exchange house when clearly I wanted to do my transaction with Well Fargo.

Total lack of sensitivity with the client, I made an online appointment at this branch due to lack of time in my work schedule, and it turns out that they cannot try to call the other branch even 2 or 3 times for some information, the manager simply says that can't and that's it.
The week before, my wife was able to obtain her card with Elvira, excellent treatment and she did everything possible to find the manager of the other branch by phone.
In short, waste of time and no results.
