This Wells Fargo has lost a lot in terms of customer service and I'm almost sure it's a management problem.For more than 40 years my company has been a client of this branch. Some time ago the Bank decided to change the deposit structure for companies, which has undoubtedly affected the structure of businesses like mine, which were created in correlation with the structure of Wells Fargo.They simply do not want to process company bank deposits on the same day, on 9/1/2024 the Manager on Duty simply told me that if I wanted my deposit to be processed I would have to get out of line on my shift to be attended to after More than 30 minutes and waiting outside the line so they could serve other customers, you immediately wonder if you are no longer a customer.Unfortunately this is the closest Wells Fargo we have left otherwise we wouldn't go again.Please marketing pass this complaint to the appropriate person.I hope that at some point you will return to customer service as an important factor and something else. If we continue to carry out these activities with you, it is because we really need them.I don't need a marketing response, I need my deposits to be processed the moment I submit them.

The worst service, how is it possible to be there since 4:20pm (20min) before closing in line for the drive-thru... They close regardless of the people waiting long before closing time. This is a lack of respect.... You don't want to serve anyone else... Go out and put a cone... What bad service from this branch.

It's a lot to give this branch a star! They have terrible customer service! I got there with the intention of opening an account and they harassed me, making me go three times and finally, after waiting for 15 days for my appointment, which must be made online because otherwise they won't serve you, they told me I couldn't do it. for not having a driving license when I have my residence and social status.

Today I had the joy of showing up at this branch, which I do not usually do to make a business account, attending a lady named Maria Teresa. business specialist, which I doubt regarding her behavior. Bad manners. Yes, professionalism and her total displeasure. Malicious attention, she doesn't take the time to explain and if you ask, you can forget to make an account. There is. In fact, we arrived at the people's office by the way. The gentleman named James is very kind. When he didn't like the complaint, God yanked at the door. Of course, bad manners and professionalism were left behind. If you really don't want bad attention, don't try to deal with this person. In fact, don't go to that branch. Lastly, I'll leave that one. financial entity after 15 years of course me and my family because we all believed in that entity no more too many bad comments. only eye if you do not want to be despised or humiliated

Two Wells Fargo banks in one day have turned me down because I didn't have an appointment to open a business account and this was even though I i got there over an hour before closing.I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and it definitely seems that this will be the last.This is a clear indicator that I will be taking my accounts to the credit Union. It's obvious that the desire to work is not there anymore since returning from quarantine.Best of luck and good riddance your customer service wasn't very good to begin with.

Hello, I am pleased to write to you with all sincerity about my opinion of this branch. I want you to know that in this specific bank the work they do with all the customer service is deficient, badly done and with total desire to serve the public kindly and cordially, it is important without wanting to. impose no rules that take disciplinary measures and control the attention to the population that we are not more than their clients that dismiss these employees with lack of respect and kindness that only do what they want inside the institution just for this mess that is there without you surely knowing. On Jan 26 I had a 9:00 AM appointment for an account verification request, I went to the branch early that morning and waited for my appointment time. A very nice agent helped me place my request on a letter explaining all the details required on the document. She advised that I should receive the document by mail between 7 to 10 working days.After a week I called the customer center to follow up and they advised me to contact the branch in which I placed the request. Yeah right!! I called, and called, and called, and nope no answer.I waited another week and contacted customer services again to follow up, the answer was very general and again the suggestion to visit the branch. Even though the branch hours are the same as my working hours I decided to pass by the branch and find out why the delay (because 3 weeks has passed).At the entrance of the branch a young male ask how he could help me! I explained the whole story and I needed to know in which state my document was and when I will be receiving it, the answer "there is not time for you to receive it, you have to wait", "but i Have been waiting since January", "yes, no, no answer you have to wait"......In conclusion, no answers were given, no hope, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very bad training to the staff from the branch manager, and very bad manners to a customer that had been with the company for almost 20 years, and recommended friends and clients to be part of the Wells Fargo family.So, yes today I give that branch less than one star.Disappointed, very disappointed.
