The worst bank, being a customer for 15 years and without any problem in all these years, today deposited a check from another entity and according to their policy it must be available the next business day, now they say that I must wait 10 days, causing this a problem in my investments. I will go to a bank where the customer is respected. The worst country club branch.

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had coming in to open a new account. The lobby was totally empty and the advisors were in their offices. I happened to get the attention of one of them who was sitting at her desk alone watching me as I was looking for assistance. She stated that she was coming but never did. After waiting about twenty minutes she came out and approached a gentleman who was of Latino descent and engaged in conversation never acknowledging that I was still waiting. This made me wonder if the reason for this is because she doesn’t fluently speak my language (English), and if so why is she even working in this type of establishment in America because anyone who works in this country should be required to speak the native language; or is it because she’s just rude? Either way, I left! I had a substantial amount of money that I wanted to transfer to start my new account and because of her incompetence this institution lost my business. Customer service should be a top priority in a financial institution 🏦 this was very disappointing and there’s some retraining that needs to take place to assure that no other customers are affected in this regard again.

Today I went to this branch to open an account, of course there were many people, the boy who was taking notes told us that it was not necessary to wait since we could open the account online, since it seems to them that it was not possible, Actually, the boy told us that because there were a lot of people and they already closed at 12 and we arrived at the branch at 10:30 am. What a bad service 😡 because they deceive people, they don't want to work or open new accounts. Bad SERVICE.

Employees should offer better service to the public: I am still waiting for answers for an unpleasant situation that I experienced on September 23.
I tell you:
It turns out that I had gone to withdraw money from my account and asked one of the cashier's agents for help. I asked him to withdraw the money through the locker and I explained clearly that I preferred to do it that way and not through the ATM.
The employee - a young boy - explained to me that the bank's policy is to “encourage customers to use the ATM.” I responded “I understand but I prefer to do it with an agent.”
Incredibly, we couldn't understand each other. The boy didn't want to give me the money.
I spoke there with a second employee who did offer help but I never received a response from management about the cashier's behavior.
I appreciate any possible response in this way.

I visited this branch today and Mr.Colon was very customer friendly he assisted me in my needs very well. I would recommend him he has excellent Customer Service skills and a great attitude and smile.
