I visited this branch today and Mr.Colon was very customer friendly he assisted me in my needs very well. I would recommend him he has excellent Customer Service skills and a great attitude and smile.

Asked before getting in line to see if they can do a service at the desk. Employee said yes, they do. Waited 30 minutes in line for the lady at the front to tell me actually no, I would have to do it online. Waste of time. Also sometimes just have 1 employee working the desk with a huge line of people? Need more knowledgable employees and more employees overall.

I was in the drive through line for almost an hour when my turn comes, I ask for some checks that I had always asked for there and the attendant tells me that the law changed because of the covid that now the checks are requested inside the bank, how the hell am I going to Knowing that, he gave me back my documents and told me to have a good day, what kind of people do you hire in your facilities?

Their customer service is horrible. Alfredo or whatever his name is has a horrible attitude and doesn't help at all. He needs to be fired asap. Corporate will be contacted too about this person.

The teller at this location is incredibly incompetent and slow. She spoke in spanish when we actually live in the u.s. and made me rewrite withdrawal slip for no reason just out of spite. Very poor customer service and unprofessional.....today a week from when this experience happened customer service called me and apologized. They heard me out and i am appreciative of that. I will give this location another try.

Horrible customer service. Just don’t waste your time going to this branch, sadly this is the closest one for me and every time is something. The people Working here is moreBusy on their phones or talking about their lives with clients than actually working, which is what they are paid for. Very slowService . 5 windows but only 1 or 2 slow employees “working”. Disappointing.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This place is the most unprofessional bank I have ever experienced in all my years. Don’t even think about coming in with an issue because they’ll send you straight to the Miramar location saying they called them and there’s an available spot for you. They never call them...they just send you to another branch as if your problem isn’t theirs and they rather dump it off to another branch of Wells Fargo. This bank should be ashamed of its existence. If you’re thinking about coming in, save yourself the trouble and schedule an appointment at another branch.

Very bad service for the drive tru. very slow. only one person serving 4 lines in service. just for change it takes more than 25 minutes. The manager or supervisor of this entity should work to improve this service.

Since the pandemic start this branch only has excuses for customer service. Very very inconvenience, lazy people wont service the customers even if the store is empty, requesting always make an online appointment first. very disrespectful
