Horrible customer service, they lie to the costumers and look down on them. ATM is always broken and given problems. It happen to me twice and sad to say the second time around it was with $500 with my card and I was lie to because the didn't want to out of there way to close the bank. They said that I would have to wait for the next morning, to get my money and card back , which I did and when I got there they only gave me my card back. I explained my situation and got upset , were the manager said to me to not yelled or us profanity in a federal agency, were I answered to “ I would been ok with the true†am so done with this bank
