BEWARE..WARNING🚫The Usual mechanic tricks at this shop!!☠️. I went in because my daughters car had a vibration when it accelerated and instead of diagnosing the real problem they guesstimated that it was a suspension problem and they guessed wrong.bottomline is that I paid $1500 and the car still has the same problem...what i needed fixed was not fixed ..I learned my lesson the hard way with this mechanic.

I had an amazing experience at Westland Auto Center! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in, and a big part of that was thanks to Roger, the manager. He was professional, attentive, and made me feel like a valued customer right away. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in every decision.
You can really tell Roger cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. I left feeling well taken care of and very satisfied with the service. I had a fantastic experience at Westland Auto Center. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. A big shout-out to Roger, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but I definitely feel like I’ve found mine. Highly recommend!

I took my car to this shop for a Power Sterling pump change. They took much longer than necessary. When they finally finished, they told me that they only gave me a 6-month warranty. They didn't know what to answer when I asked them why not one year, like all workshops. Two months later the Power Sterling pump broke again. Two weeks with the car there because, according to them, they couldn't get Volkswagen to send it a new pump. At the end of the two weeks they called me to tell me that everything was ready, but that the alternator required "service" because it made a noise. This service was very convenient since they couldn't charge me for the pump because it was still under warranty. I don't recommend this place.
After a year these incompetents respond to my review. Total, to say nothing.

They cannot play with the customers' time, an hour waiting sitting with a service that took them an hour and at that time the car had not even been touched yet, literally a lack of respect and the only response was they are complicated with other cars they sell a service which they will not comply with and waste time that is highly valued in this country
