I came into WTW after multiple bad experiences with other tire shops. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed by the politeness I was shown and until I left I felt well taken care of. They were very communicative on when my car was going in, how far along the process is, and the immediate moment my vehicle was done. I went in to change only 1 tire and they took the initiative to check my tire pressure on all tires before I left without me even asking. Again I highly recommend Wtw for any wheels and tires you may need. The whole team was also very polite. I now recommend anybody with wheels, tires or, suspension needs to them because of there professionalism. I have returned multiple times with other vehicles and have always heed treat amazing.

took my ram 3500 here for a lift and an alignment. they were quick and my truck rides smoother now and doesnt steer itself anymore. i'll bring my truck here when i need work done.

I used to drive 40 min to “well known” shops in Miami until I found WTW. Their operation may not look the prettiest but they can handle all wheels and cars. They’re honest and provide working man prices. They will also guide you for your best possible option even if it does not align with their pockets. Great team.

Don’t bring your truck here especially for alignments, had to take back truck 2 times first time steering wheel wasn’t even straight and second time truck pulled to the right! They aren’t helpful at all and unprofessional. Trucks alignment is still off!

I took my car in for service today because I’ve always had issues with the front and alignment and this is the only place that was able to fix it and leave my car like if it was brand new again I wanna thank this company so much for the best service that could be provided in this industry look nowhere else but with Willy and Pedro to get your car done right
