At the store I signed up to return a piece of equipment and the girl at the entrance made me wait a whole line, she said that I have to wait my turn and that it is the same line for everything, I know that the telephone agents have nothing to do with it, It had never happened to me and I had already returned before! Horrible, the worst store, avoid the bad time, drive more and go to another store

Horrible customer services. Yesterday because I arrived 20 minutes before closing time they didn't want to serve me. I made the appointment as they told me, two of the team on their cell phones and without being able to resolve that I called 611. Without wanting to work.

Yeah manager was really cold. Not that helpful. Seemed like it was inconvenient for him to help me. Plus when I needed help with Google with my pixel pro 9 he he seemed like I had to deal with Google like he didn't want to bother with it. So definitely the customer service turn. The manager sucks. Don't waste your time. Don't go there.
