I couldn't choose a area to be improved at This high springs location, on the question above , how can one ask for much better service when you can pick up the phone & a real human answers, with a polite greeting, & no matter if I have purchased, or had Any concerns they Are not only on it , they make Everything rite ! They make it happen they make me happy & it's always hassle free. This Is My badcocks shopping Store.

On June 23, 2023 I bought an Electrolux front load washer and dryer set from this store; upon delivery the washer had scratches and dents in it. I reported this to the store and they offered a $100 discount (which was never applied to my account).They dryer didn’t heat and needed repair before use!The washer during the first load quit working and locked my clothes in it!The service guy came out said the washer needed a motor and board but the parts weren’t available so Electrolux would replace the unit.After going back and forth with Electrolux and Badcock, I was told that I HAD TO PURCHASE A SECOND UNIT! Which I was very hesitant to do!So on July 12th I purchased a second unit which was delivered July 13th. I submitted all the documents to Electrolux and according to them they issued the approval for credit to my account on July 26th for the full purchase price.On July 31st Badcock called me and offered a partial credit to my account by “returning” the item. I rejected the partial credit and was told they would call me back the next day, it’s now August 4th and I have heard nothing.Why would I take a partial credit when I have gone thru more than a month of stress and headache for a unit that was NEW and NEVER worked! This has been handled horribly. Now I have a payment due that’s double my original payment because of the the second unit that still hasn’t been credited and is still sitting in the way at my home.This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any purchase and once this account is paid, not only will I never purchase from Badcock again but not from Electrolux either!Please beware and proceed with caution!

This place is the absolute worst. Not only do they sell shoddy products that are way overpriced, but their “customer service” skills are awful. We bought a bedroom set that we’ve been paying $130 a month for for well over a year now and have had the headboard break TWICE now because it’s so flimsy and not rigid like you would expect one to be. The headboard doesn’t even have a place where you can attach it to the wall, so it’s just been a constant headache to deal with. Anyway, so when I called, the lady who answered not only was unhelpful, she started putting the blame on me, which escalated the situation. In MY experience in customer service, you’re expected to DIFFUSE a situation where there’s conflict, but this lady did the opposite. Afterwards, she started belittling how much I paid for the headboard. Honestly, If it were MY business, that lady would be fired on the spot. I will NEVER buy furniture from here again and if Badcock were wise, they’d get rid of that lady. She’s bad for business and certainly should NOT be the face of this location.

Ms. Kami and her staff are respectful! This is our go-to Badcock Store in High Springs, Fl. since we've relocated. As long as they continue to give good customer service, we will continue to be there customer when needed.

Amazing experience with Badcock Home Furniture and Callie at the High Springs location. Callie was very friendly when we came in looking for a love seat. There was a great sale going on so we ended up buying a new sofa as well. Love their warranty that covers spills, breaks, tears, pet accidents, etc and if you don't use it then you get it as credit for another purchase. The delivery guys were communicative about their arrival, super fast and friendly as well. We will definitely be back to purchase furniture and appliances from this store. Also what store sends a Thank you note in the mail for purchase. Such a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Very unhappy with this company ? Delivered two washer first One he took back. Second one still isn't right. Then he hit my truck And didn't tell me. Truck was park in My yard since leaving.their. store with no damage. Husband has had a stroke & this is upsetting him terribly

The High Springs store is number one in my book. The ladies are extremely nice and professional. They have great customer service skills.i have purchased several items over the last 3 years., and i plan yo buy more.
