Came here to set up new service for a WiFi box. Location says they open at 10am but the store itself is not actually open. Lights off and no one answers the phone. Tried calling multiple locations to see if they are actually open or not and no one would answer any of the phones at any location. Thought they were maybe just running a couple of minutes behind but nope still waiting along with other customers.

The 2 ladies that are in the store are completely amazing, Candice and Kellsha always help when we have any issues and they are always very prompt with greeting you as soon as you walk in the door as well as having you out in a completely timely manner. These girls are amazing I’m glad we have this cricket here in High Springs and I’m glad that the staff is top notch always going above and beyond! I’d give a 100 star review if I could!

Good experienced techs, they try to overcharge you but you can get a lower rate if you try.

I love my cricket service and wouldn't change it for anything, but I just wish they would have it to when you want to get a newer phone but have no money to get it right out. I wish they would have it to where you can make monthly payments for a new one just add it to your monthly phone service bill. And for some reason I'm having a hard time with my cricket app it want load keeps kicking me out of it every time I try to get to my phone service due date.please fix that issue thanks

I was greeted promptly and had a new phone very quickly. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I also observed the staff being very patient and helpful with customers who were having difficulties using their phones. Good job Cricket!

Bought a hotspot while camping. The unit was faulty, wouldn't hold a charge and we couldn't get a good connection to internet. Took it back within 24 hours. They would only refund $85 or the $165 it cost because "it is Cricket's policy not to refund usage fees." OK, but we didn't get to use it because the unit was faulty. And the customer service number is a joke. They "disconnected" me 4 times (after staying on hold for an extended time). They would not budge. Supervisor said he couldn't connect me to upper management because "they don't have phones" and they also "don't have email addresses". He literally said "Cricket is a no refund company." BBB is full of complaints over the same thing. I should have looked there first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. (In all fairness, the manager of the store was very nice. She was just powerless.)
