Wish I could do no stars. Waited at the pharmacy for 30min while they ran my insurance. Had to ask me 3 times to clarify s*** I've never had to clarify. After waiting 40min they told me the price, I said I couldn't pay that, then they were very rude and demeaning towards me and made a snarky about me waiting around all day for nothing. F*** cvs and the pharmacists

I've been waiting for my delivery for three hours! They told me I could only stay for two hours. It's really unacceptable for a pharmacy (health). On top of that, the delivery guy doesn't even apologize and instead argues with me.

Notice that reviews are starting back at 2017. That's because CVS Pharmacy is a joke and this store has a history of bad management, especially with Jeff or Jerry or whoever that j*** was today who has no record of a UPS package they were supposed to overnight me Friday following a Simple Dose episode.

Almost always bad service, drive through, inside, whatever. High prices, confusing rewards program, cvs corp customer service is a mess, store manager was bad but they upgraded. On the plus side the store is usually pretty clean.

Absolutely the worse experience of any pharmacy. I have been getting my scripts (the same exact ones) for the last 7 years at CVS and will NO LONGER! I was unable to get to the pharmacy so I decided to utilize their online mail order. I paid my deductible and waited for it to arrive. 2 weeks passed and I still hadn't seen or heard anything about my medication. I looked on CVS.com only to find that my script had been "delivered to the mailbox". Checked my mailbox, to find nothing. I call and find out CVS mailed it to an address I haven't been at in 5 years. YES, I did change my address SEVERAL times on CVS.com as well as in person at their location. Not to mention, I verified the CORRECT address at checkout. As I was trying to speak with the rep who answered the phone, she insisted on talking over me and telling me I have to call the Post Office as this isn't their fault because they sent it to the address CVS had listed for it to be delivered to. I advised there is nothing the Post Office can do since the mistake was not made by them. She then said this was my fault and not theirs to correct. I continued to try to help her understand this was the mistake of CVS in which she reiterated this wasn't their mistake or problem to resolve. I contact the Corp Office and was told they will submit a request to my Dr. to have this refilled, but if my insurance won't cover the replacement script; I will have to pay the full price of the script. I asked why I have to pay AGAIN and end up paying FULL PRICE for something CVS mistakenly caused?! I understand mistakes happen, but it is utterly ridiculous that your customers have to pay for a mistake made by the company. This is absolutely unacceptable and I personally will NEVER use CVS for anything again.

The phone system is impossible to use. It keeps sending me to different menues. Getting to an actual person didn't help. Nobody at that store has a clue how it functions. I won't ever go back there again. I'll drive right past it on my way to another store.

Poor customer service. Do not bother even calling. They can’t override computer program systems. And honestly they just don’t care

Still did not get it.... Where is the damn truck, i want to ask.... China???? No " I'm sorry" or anything from staff.... That's what happens nowadays when businesses takes customers for granted.... Staff is very rude. Don't know the word thank you. I've heard a manager yelling at customers and telling them to leave the store. I've never had a good experience there.

I just moved into town recently and chose this CVS as my pharmacy. I don't recommend going here. Definitely go somewhere else. Every time I visit they are extremely rude. I always have problems, like is something wrong with there system. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

Changed over to CVS for medicine, worst mistake I've ever made. Service was terrible, my recommendation is too hire a new head tech. She is very unprofessional!

Unacceptable service, rather no service. The daily operations at the CVS start at the top of the CVS Corporation with the CEO. There are three young women scrambling around and one pharmacist filling all the orders. Boxes strewn everywhere. Not enough help. Consistent unnecessary waiting.

Helpful, caring, knowledgeable employees in the CVS pharmacy in High Springs.

The closest pharmacy to me, I've used them regularly for years. I called this morning to inquire about transferring my prescriptions away from CVS, and when I politely explained why the pharmacist hung up on me mid-sentence. There's really no excuse for her rudeness, and it makes my decision much, much easier.

We have used this CVS, since moving to the area, 17 years ago, but now the attitude of the pharmacist, and the manager of this store, has cost them our business. There was a change in the way our Dr. originally wrote the prescription, but my wife, a former pharmacy tech, stood by, while the Dr. got things straight with the tech on the phone, and then while the tech got it straight with the pharmacist. We were told it would be ready in an hour. An hour later, we were told it would be another 1/2 hour, then a 1/2 hour later, told, that half of the order was ready, but the other half would be ready in another hour and a half. By then, at 7 pm, we called, the pharmacist, Mr. Greenburg, got on the phone with my wife, and got extremely rude, saying that the Dr. had screwed everything up, and it still wasn't ready. My wife pointed out that she had witnessed the call to the Dr. and the tech OK-ing everything with him, the pharmacist. He did not like that she had called his bluff, and got really pissy, and yelled, "it will be ready in 30 to 45 minutes, we'll call you!" and hung up on her. I showed up at the store 45 minutes later, the script was sitting there ready, but we had received no call. The package was marked, "promised at 8:55", 5 minutes before closing, and 40 minutes after we were told it would be ready. We never received a call, and had we waited, the store would have closed, before we could get there. Today I called the store, asking for the direct manager of Mr. Greenburg, and I got Chris, the manager, and he was just as rude. He offered no apologizes, no "we don't want to lose your business", nothing. In fact, he blamed corporate office, for cutting his staff, and told me to complain to them. I asked if he was blaming his pharmacist's bad attitude on the corporate office, and he said yes. If you go to the Florida corporate office web site, there are 17 reviews, 14 of which are only 1 star, siting "bad attitude". What a way to run a business. We will not be back.
