What an amazing place to stay. Sara & Scott are friendly and go out of the way to make your stay with them very special. Sara’s breakfast’s are a true work of art. Not only do they taste heavenly, but are beautifully presented. Prefect place to go when you need to recharge and get away from the hustle of every day life. It just keeps getting better with every stay with them. Thank you

My neighbors and I enjoyed a wonderful brunch at The Grady House in High Springs. We had reservations and arrived in time to enjoy mimosas in the garden before being seated for a breakfast feast that was not only delicious but beautifully presented. I recommend enjoying this fabulous gem in our midst.

We booked a night at the Grady House on a whim because we had never stayed in a BnB before. Grady House and Sara and Scott exceeded our wildest expectations. They were such gracious hosts meeting us at the door and giving us a tour of Grady House. They made us feel like we could just be at home while we were there. We came in too late to enjoy the gardens Friday evening, but we did drink our coffee out there Saturday morning with their adorable dog. We stayed in the Navy Room. It was very pretty and well appointed. There is a private bath with a claw foot tub. There is also a sitting room/parlor adjoining the room which is also your private guest space. The bed was very comfortable! The house was also kept at a very comfortable temperature at night. Even though the house was full, we felt there was plenty of privacy on the second floor where most of the guest rooms are. We did not hear any of the other guests Friday night. Breakfast was served at 9 am Saturday morning in the dining room laid with China and glassware. There was fresh coffee brewed around 7:30 am the morning we were there. Breakfast was served beautifully plated by Scott and Sara, who were dressed to the nines. Not only was the customer service over the top, the food was out of this world. The French eggs, sausage, and cheesy potatoes were perfectly cooked and served with a variety of fresh fruits. She also served the most incredible pecan coated French toast I have ever tasted. Sara makes everything herself! She truly is a remarkable lady, friendly, warm, and very talented as a hostess and chef. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, I highly recommend going to stay here. We will be back!

My wife and I planned a last minute get away and chose the Grady Bed and Breakfast because of all the positive reviews. Everything was perfect. We stayed in the Green Room which overlooked the beautiful gardens. They had coffee and cookies out and we felt right at home. The breakfast was excellent and the table was set beautifully. Sara was an absolute pleasure and we Will highly recommend staying at this bed and breakfast.Rooms: Room was beautiful and very clean.Walkability: The restaurants are in walking distance

We came here with a group of five for a great breakfast experience. When we arrived, the table was beautifully set in a very nice dining room, that made you feel at home and welcome right away. There was no menu. Instead, Sara brought tastefully presented plates with toast, egg, some bacon, chicken sausage, potatoes and fresh fruit. It was such a nice contrast to the “normal” breakfast place (which can be enjoyable at times too). The breakfast closed with a nice dessert followed by tour through the lush and romantic garden. We will certainly come back(Note: the price was quite reasonable)

This is a review just on the weekend brunch that they do here. It was so cute and cozy inside and Sara was so sweet. It is a little pricey for brunch, but it's a big meal! It's a set menu but when you call to reserve you let her know of any allergies or dietary restrictions. The meal for the day my mom and I went including a spinach and tomato quiche; hashbrown casserole, fruit and a pop over as well as water, orange juice and coffee available. Dessert was a chocolate and peanut butter crepe cake. The presentation of the food itself was beautiful, but the table and decor of the place was also adorable. A great spot to come and will definitely be back.

The Grady House, in High Springs, Florida, only gets better with time as Ms. Sara Miller rises to rockstar status. For food, graciousness, and Southern Hospitality Ms. P. Dean Is yesterday's news. Why else would our third return still cause raves? While Savannah's Eliza Thompson House rules supreme for its local historic ambiance, the Grady House walks away with first prizes for food and caring staff in a historical setting. My point is that you'll have to drive two hundred miles across two states to find anything comparable to The Grady House. Real antique furnishings, real flowers, real hospitality, and very real people. It shines through in the Miller family and staff. The photos show the true to period decor of the home and grounds and its ambiance, as well as the exquisite presentation of the high quality breakfast. Only your personal experience will immerse you in the tastes, conversation, and caring of a lady who loves the Grady house and creating a special time for each person.

This is my third breakfast here at Grady House and they didn't disappoint. Sara, the main cook and owner made our meal absolutely amazing. We even had a to go box and all of us ate ours for lunch too. FYI her Cinnamon Rolls are delicious!
