Colsie Coffee & Bakeshop is a gem with wonderful owners, an awesome atmosphere, and excellent home-baked treats. This cute little coffee house and bake shop offers great coffee, including the fantastic Cafe Con Leche, and features a cozy vibe that feels comforting. The spot has an artistic feel with cozy decor, and the staff is super kind, providing excellent customer service. Families will find this place kid-friendly, with a huge play area for kids and delicious options like the strawberry donut and a variety of tasty baked goods, including a brownie, a coconut chewy bar, and a blueberry muffin. There is also an area for fur babies out back. The coffee is flavorful, enhanced by house-made syrups, and the pastries and coffee are a perfect combination. With indoor and outdoor seating, it is definitely worth a visit, whether inside or on the nice outdoor patio. The little shop inside offers unique items, making it one of the best spots in the area.
This vibe of this place is soooo cute. Drinks were amazing, I’d make the 30 minute drive again just to get drinks here. I got the matcha lemonade and my friend got the oat milk latte and they were both delicious:)
