What a pleasant experience. This was my first visit to the H. S. post office. There was a line of people. Everyone seemed to be happy and smiling, speaking with each other. Michael, the postal worker, was wonderful and took care of everyone as quickly as he could. The facility was nice and clean.

The woman at the desk was the rudest person I have run into in a very long time. She was condescending. She was arrogant and angry. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and was argumentative rolling her eyes. Every chance she could get just because I was asking some relevant questions. I don’t know who she think she is but I’m gonna tell everyone about it. She needs to be fired. I don’t know how these people get these jobs but they need to start training people in proper customer service just because you’re having a bad day Does not mean you have to destroy everyone else’s day. Honestly, I will never go back to the HighSprings post office ever.

I love this Postal Branch! Everyone is very polite, helpful, and professional! We had a issue with a package about a year ago and the Post Master came to our house to check everything out! Let me tell you this would have never happened in any other Postal Branch! She cares about her position and making sure her customers are being treated with up-most respect!Also I have never waited in line more than 5min! I have been there maybe 15+ times!!

The absolute best people work here. I live in Alachua and cannot use the post office here. If you know you know. Anyways, I will be changing my mailing zip code to High Springs so that my business can continue to thrive. Thank you to the lovely Lady that helped me today.
