This Winn-Dixie has a great small town feel. The only thing I would change is that if you use their pharmacy, they pretty much *never* answer the phone. For some medications, you can't use the automated process on the phone, so getting someone to pick up would be so helpful. I'm pretty sure they just ignore the phone. Other than that, it's a pleasant store to shop at but of the pharmacy experience is important to you, I would recommend elsewhere.

Best prices I've found anywhere and a good selection.

Went in the wine and spirits store. Took my friends 13 yr old for the ride to town I went to buy liquor for myself and his mother. I didn't know kids weren't allowed in the store. He denied my service and said I was buying for this boy. Very insulting. He was rude. Will not shop there again!

This Winn-Dixie store in high Springs gives good old-fashioned customer service. They are great. I was getting ready for my eight year old godson's birthday. They gave the college try in getting the helium balloons filled. They are always helpful when I need it.Their prices are pretty low also compared to Publix.

I'm so close to calling corporate. If you don't want to work in customer service then don't!These people are beyond rude and unwelcoming..

Finally! WD announces today that patrons must wear masks. Good gosh the management took forever and got their act together. Now let's see how well they enforce it. Each store may need to get a pop up figure of Trump wearing a mask for the customers. I'll add one star and see if it holds up on my next visit.

I used to work here in the 90s and boy were those managers ass clowns... Anyway, after moving up North and Midwest ever since they have changed the brand and over some new ideas as far as the deli selection. It's not Publix but it also isn't hippie whole foods so I guess we can meet in a happy middle. Self check out registers act like they are two software updates behind but when it's the only store nearby. Meh.

Ok prices, usually staff is friendly. Last two times I have went were bad. Staff was rude, and took forever to get checked out. I'll be going to the store near the car wash for now on.

They have a great selection of drinks that are all pretty fairly priced. It's a great place to look for things you can't find elsewhere in town

Good deal on 1/2 bucket of wings.. Just right for picnic lunch. Clean store. Don't usually get groceries here. But deli and quick stops are good.

Love my Winn Dixie! They have the best crew here. Everyone is on the ball. Easy to find help with out walking a country mile.

Only reason it's not a 5 is because of the prices. I lived in Gainesville for years when it had a few Winn-Dixie's and also in Ocala and none of them were as high priced as this one. Good nice and clean store. Decent employees and all but I refuse to shop here unless I'm being lazy and don't wanna go out of town. Go and buy something for dinner and it will be almost twice the price as anywhere else. Horrible prices because it's the only real grocery store out here and it's a corporate store they they decide to take advantage of everyone who lives out here and has to shop here. Like I said though, everything else about it is decent.
