“I don't remember her name but props to the girl on the register around 7 pm 10/25/20 the price rang up wrong on some meds on the self check out and this wonderful lady was able to help me fast change the price after realizing the error and kept her line moving while helping me.”
“Dollar Tree is my favorite store! Some more than others. I've been shopping mainly at the Folkston store. Its clean and the employees are nice. Recently, there have been a couple new employees, probably due to Christmas. On a recent visit, there was a new cashier, I think her name is Tasha or Tosha, a lady in front of me was very rude to her because she made a mistake (which happens, especially when you're new) The cashier appologized and continued to treat the rude customer with kindness. This type of employee is what brings me back. I apologized for the rude customer and told her she is doing a great job. People complain often, I just wanted to acknowledge someone doing something good.”
“I go to my local store almost everyday. I love the store and the employees. I am always greeted with a smiling, friendly, face. Excellent customer service and great prices.”
“Usually a pleasant experience in the store. The store is well kept and stocked. The landscaping outside, on the other hand, is atrocious. Overgrown grass, weeds, and trash everywhere. Definitely needs to be corrected.”
“Dollar General is no too bad. The only thing is that it is mess, but the prices are fair. For things for the house, I like going ther. I would recommend that if they had one disability cart to ride it would help as it is very difficult for me to walk around to get stuff.”
“The store is great but need to keep your beer cooler better stocked with all kinds of beer you sell. Nobody wants to keep buying Hot beer. That part is always empty. Lots of 4 packs, but I would need a box of beer, ya know, a 15 pack works better. Thank you for your assistance in this matter ?”
“Love the staff. The store is always CLEAN! The products are squared away before being placed on the shelf. A simple business model to follow. A simple partnership that developed into a large family.”
