“THANKFUL, THANKFUL, THANKFUL!!! Broke down on the way to Thanksgiving a couple of miles away from this shop, truck overheated and wouldn't hold coolant. A local saw us in the Winn-Dixie parking lot and he said to go to Seldomridge. We are so thankful that we did. We arrived just before opening, and they saw our vehicle immediately. Diagnosed the issue, and gave us a great price to replace the cracked radiator (we compared to online averages). They told us the reason our radiator had cracked was our fans weren't working. They negotiated the lowest price for those parts, and took the fresh radiator off, replaced the fans, and then put the radiator back in without charging us for any more work. Now my AC works better because the fans are working properly. Everyone was friendly, and we were so lucky they cut us a break on the cost for the work. Absolutely great people, they could have easily charged so much more, we were last minute, and without them we would have been stranded over the Thanksgiving holiday. Instead, they prioritized fixing our truck, and gave us the minimum prices. I wished we lived closer so we could get all of our maintenance done by this honest, and reliable shop. Also, the inside of the shop is like a nascar museum! So blessed to have broke down where we did, I can't imagine how ruined our holiday would have been. Forever grateful for the employees at Seldomridge.”
