“I was rear ended driving to work on I -95 in October. The damage to the driver side and rear end that was made by a four door heavy duty truck, made my car unsafe to drive. Once I was able to have the car towed, I quickly made arrangements with my insurance company to take the car to a repair shop that was specifically approved and qualified to make repairs to a Tesla.
Sunshine Collision is knowledgeable, trained and approved by Tesla so my insurance company and I were extremely happy to know that certified repairs would be made.
The first few days were a little stressful, but once the car was delivered, I received a call from sunshine collision and the information was quickly uploaded, including the report from the PBCSheriff’s Office that had the other drivers insurance company and driver information.
After one telephone conversation, sunshine collision removed almost all of the mentally exhausting tasks and challenges that are usually associated with accident repair from me and took care of contacting the insurance companies and collecting checks for the repairs, following up with the insurance company to ensure I was not being charged and having additional costs for unexpected damages processed in hours- yes hours- not days!
Once the majority of the repairs had been completed, sunshine called me to update my repair timeline and let me know that I could expect my car to be ready by the beginning of the next week.
Ken spoke with me infrequently at first, but then more frequently as the day of completion became clearer.
I called less than a week ago and just yesterday I received a text from my car, letting me know that it was ready to be picked up.
Walked in around 11:30 AM and walked out before 12 PM.
My car was newly serviced, wiped down and waiting to be driven home.
I do not have a single negative remark about sunshine and they had my car for almost two months while parts were being ordered and delivered- if anything- they went out of their way to make sure I was aware that parts were back ordered and they took every single call I made and always made sure that my questions were answered.
This repair shop will keep you in the loop for the duration of the time that they have your car. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish- I could go on with all the reasons why you should trust them to work on your car, but to be as friendly and helpful, well, the search ends for me, right there. This group is by far the nicest, well informed and politest group of people I have come across in a long time. Yes, they do what they are expected to- they will repair your car, ,but they will do a whole lot more than that and without you even asking.

When I went to the dealer they said there was no problem, and they didn't want to help me. Only when I got to William Tires and Wheels was the problem solved. I had a tire that was shaking and Jose and his brother fixed it quickly. I arrived with my problems and José said that he was going to check all four tires, not just the one that worried me. He balanced them and fixed a rim that was crooked. They also change oils and brakes, and other repairs. Very great service. I recommend this site to everyone!!
I showed up because I had a tire that jumped when I drove. I went to dealership where I supposedly have warranty and they said car was absolutely fine, that they couldn't help me. I showed up to William Tires and Wheels and instantly Jose was like let’s check all 4 wheels. I balanced them and immediately told me the issue was the crooked rim inside tires. I have fixed me up and my car is smooth as it can be. Unbelievably satisfied. And super fast. They also do oil changes, fix brakes and other services. Highly recommend!!!”
