Plenty of people to help you and great prices on DeWalt tools! Tom in particular was very helpful in finding me all the right screws, spacers and wall anchors for my home shelving project. My first time to this Ace Hardware. It was a great experience and affordable too!

Bought some supplies after my home was devastated by the tornado in October went to return a few items and was told only 30 days on returned items. Well I am 15 days over on $36 on items new and never used. (the dark haired girl at the register ) Merry Christmas! Back to Home Depot! I have been a huge customer for years at Ace hardware owning an Automotive Repair business. Will not go back!

Every time I come it's more expensive and less helpful. The employees are less than worthless, the policies are unreasonable and made up on the spot most of the time. I'm stuck with $75 worth of shutter nuts I don't need because this place is running a scam.

I have always had a great experience at this ace. Tom n the gentleman in the back are great and very helpful. Today was an awful experience dealing barb. I made a comment about the price of softener salt @ over $4 more than Home Depot. She said I was paying for conveniences then went into a rant trying to accuse me of being rude cause I made a comment about the price. So I ask her how was I being rude ? She backtracked her comment. She went to tell me I was bitching about pricing .. I asked her not to use foul language towards me. She couldn’t care less.. this is the same lady who would not give me veteran discount even though I have my Navy Federal debit card. She just won’t believe I was in the military. Guess she wanted to see my dd214 .. I get my veteran discount from Home Depot n Lowe’s. They were able to verify my military status. Barb
was rude not friendly doesn’t know how to speak to customers shows no respect for customers who patronize Ace Hardware.

Very Very disappointing that when I spoke to the not so friendly manager Greg today he would not give me a store credit as I attempted to return 4 pvc elbows that were never used, brand new, I purchased 5 months ago(they were able to bring up my receipt on register). $25- value. I explained I had been sick and unable to complete the project they were intended for. He didn't want to speak with me and suggested I sell them on line. Every employee at this location has been wonderful for the 25 years I have lived in HS and shopped here many times. This situation went against all my good feelings about this store.
