Very Very disappointing that when I spoke to the not so friendly manager Greg today he would not give me a store credit as I attempted to return 4 pvc elbows that were never used, brand new, I purchased 5 months ago(they were able to bring up my receipt on register). $25- value. I explained I had been sick and unable to complete the project they were intended for. He didn't want to speak with me and suggested I sell them on line. Every employee at this location has been wonderful for the 25 years I have lived in HS and shopped here many times. This situation went against all my good feelings about this store.

Have alot of things to save the 7 mile trip to bigger stores. Seems always helpful and friendly

Ace is my go-to place for parts. Never underestimate the potential of those sliding rack and drawers! Even a small Ace has items the big box stores don't carry.

He associate with a little bit rude very impatient. But they did have what I was looking for actually only had two I needed four. I had to go to the next Rockies hardware to get the other two.
