My insurance company referred me to Crash Champions after an accident to get my car repaired. They had it for about 6 days, and everything looked great. After having the car for about 3 days, I noticed something seemed off, so I reached out and spoke with Bob, who told me to bring it in for them to check.
I live about 40 minutes away and was worried I’d get there right when they closed, but Bob assured me that they would wait for me. I actually arrived a little earlier than expected and was greeted by Nick and Jennifer. Nick came out right away, checked everything, and resolved the issue immediately.
I really appreciate that the team was willing to stay after hours and made sure my concerns were taken care of. Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish! Highly recommend.

An incredibly professional and helpful team. From the very beginning, they helped me with the insurance, explained the problem, and arranged a car rental.A huge thank you, especially to Jennifer, who always answered my calls and was so patient with my questions and also I am incredibly pleased with the work Bob did to get my car back to its pre-accident appearance. I recommend Crash Champions in Hobe Sound to everyone.

A toolbox fell off the back of a pick up truck and scratched my wife’s car up on I-95. This was a simple repair on a brand new white Ford Expedition. We went through our insurance company USAA and they were great! Crash champions had our car for a week and when we got it back, there was more damage to the vehicle than before the repair. It looked like someone walked all over the roof with metal cleats and spilt paint. I return to have the vehicle for additional repairs and this time I got it back with overspray all over the black wheels, more damage from I assume carelessness, and paint drips and overspray everywhere. If I had to guess, the employees were either intoxicated or on drugs when they attempted to repaint my wife’s car. The quality control at this place is terrible! And they collected $3000 from my insurance company for a couple dents! I would’ve been better off going to Home Depot and using house paint and a roller!

I cannot say enough good about working with Hobe Sound Crash Champions Collision Repair!! From the 1st phone call with Jennifer it was a pleasantly relieving experience in a very stressful time (my car damaged by tornado's in our area). Jennifer was kind and understanding explaining in detail the process with insurance company and rental car insuring she would manage it all with me through to the end and that she did! Craig who oversaw the work was also wonderful keeping me apprized through this process also. It felt like going back in time when good customer service was a top business priority. Don't find that often any more today. So grateful I found them!! Thank you Hobe Sound Crash Collision for all!

Had to make special trip back to get copy of estimate, I was told it would be emailed to me. Never received made several phone calls to try and get it, also talk to agent at insurance company and they could not get copy.

Incompetent management AND poor quality work. My vehicle was damaged in one of the October 2024 tornadoes. This shop had my vehicle for more than 7 weeks and I had to bring it back twice for several things that they failed to repair or assemble correctly. My insurance rental coverage ran out since the shop took so long to partially complete the repairs to my vehicle so I picked it up to stop spending money on the rental. The shop promised me that they would order the plastic trim for the roof that they forgot to order in the 7 week period that they had the vehicle. They promised to call me to finally complete the repairs once the part arrives. I called them every few weeks for the last 6 months and they continued to tell me that the trim was on back order and still hasn't come in. Now 7 months has passed and I have finally given up and come to the obvious conclusion that they're either dishonest or incompetent . As for just one of many examples of their quality of work: My passenger door was the main damage on my vehicle and it doesn't close right since day one. I pointed that out to the manager the following day after picking it up when I went back to show him all the other items that they missed. I dropped it off again so he could check the door and fix the many other items that they repaired poorly or forgot all together. Bottom line the door doesn't close as it should and they never completed the roof trim. This is NOT a professional collision repair shop.

Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle. They will charge the insurance company the money. And put cheap aftermarket parts on. Instead of ordering the original parts for the vehicle. All the parts were installed wrong half of it was still loose. Don’t get me started on how long it took! A MONTH AND TWO WEEKS. After I was told it would only take 8 days. I’m not the only one this has happened to you.
Literally the same exact thing. To me and four of my other buddies. Do not use this company a very bad idea

Great customer service from everyone I dealt with. Bob was my estimator and handled everything extremely efficiently. 2 new rear van doors painted and installed in 1 day. Thanks to the Crash Champions team.
