The paint wasn't matched they said they would replace the back trunk. They didn't smudges in the paint and didn't fix the front bumper and didn't replace a back bumper and I can't steel. Cannot close the spare tire hatch with some sorry ass service they have I've had two vehicles repaired in here before and it looks like it's going downhill. Real quick should be put out of business I think.

On my second visit I was advised they do not accept checks or cash. So I wasted two trips and I would think that a check from State Farm would be good, since they have over $6 billion in assets last time I checked.

I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism of Crash Champions.They updated me before my service was scheduled as to when my part would be delivered and then when my car was there, they continued to update me throughout the process. The staff was friendly, took their time with me and I felt completely safe and at ease while my car was being worked on. Very bad work errors occurred.The most recent job they did was to fix the doors of my Alfa Romeo Stelvio that were hit by another driver.I was called the first time to pick up the car and they had forgotten to fix the front end entirely and also several trim pieces were not right.The second try the car looked good but later as i was driving down the road I started feeling a clunk every time I hit the brakes and eventually a shimmy on the front end. I thought this was odd as there was no brake or suspension damage.I pulled into their shop and in front of their employees i found ALL 5 FRONT LUG BOLTS HAD NOT BEEN TIGHTENED. The clunking was the wheel clunking against the hub from the loose bolts.I calmly explained just how significant an error like this was and explained that lug bolts ust be torqued to the manufacturers specification which i knew to be 90ftlbs.The icing on the cake was the shop manager brought out a Milwaukee impact drill and tightened the lug bolts with it. Still never using a torque wrench.Extremely disappointed with you guys.Service: Body & Trim

They LIE.THEY MAKE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE AND THEY SAY YOU'LL HAVE IT AND THEN YOU DON'T HAVE IT I'VE WAITED 5 DAYS AND APPARENTLY THERE'S ONLY ONE ESTIMATOR AND SHE WHEN SHE GOES ON VACATION OR SHE'S SICK THAT'S IT EVERYBODY HAS TO WAIT SO WE'LL GO ELSEWHERE WHERE WE DIDN'T NEED AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY GAVE US THE ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY YOU CAN'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND CORPORATE IS JUST AS BAD AS THEY ARE

The only reason why this place is even getting 1 STAR is because GOOGLE won't allow me to give them less. First let me say that the receptionist, Melissa, was fantastic. She was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, she works for a bunch of incompetent people. My car was in a very minor front end collision on April 4th of 2023. After calling around to local shops I was recommended to this place via my insurance. I should have read ALL the reviews from the last 6 months before I dropped my car off with them, but I was in a bind and needed my car fixed as soon as possible. I dropped my car off the same day it was in the accident and I just got it back today, MAY 3rd! They had my car for an entire month, and after my rental car was dropped off they had the nerve to tell me that my car was "still not ready" and that I wasn't going to be able to leave with it. Mind you, this is AFTER the GM, Rafael, called me on Monday morning to tell me that my car would "definitely be finished on Tuesday" and I could pick it up. Well, I was at work for 2 days, and got there first thing on Wednesday morning and not only was my car absolutely filthy, it was still "not ready". If my car was truly going to be ready, don't you think the place should have detailed it and had gotten it ready for me to pick up? I don't know where the disconnect was, but Crash Champions is not a place I would recommend, EVER. I have never been so disgusted with a place that has had one of my cars in their shop. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND SANITY, DO NOT USE CRASH CHAMPIONS! Read the reviews before mine, and you will see this place is not professional at all. They never had anything in writing, they don't give estimates, there is literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from the GM, or his parts manager, and ZERO (and i mean ZERO) communication from them, unless you reach out first. I have them red-flagged with my insurance, and had to involve the local sheriff's dept. to finally get my vehicle released to me. This establishment is an absolute nightmare to try and work with. I have attached pictures so everybody can see how absolutely filthy they left my car.

Geico scheduled me an appointment here to have my car repaired here after one of their insured tboned me at an intersection. Waited 2 weeks for the appt, received multiple confirmation emails and texts, took a half day off work and drove an hour there only to be told they were too busy to take my car in. No call to cancel or reschedule the appt, just a blatant lack of respect for me and my time. I was supposed to drop my car off, pick up a rental, and have my car back in 2-3 days. The enterprise shuttle was even there waiting for me and they sent her away. The manager had all of the excuses under the sun and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t call geico from outside the store. Do not voluntarily take your car here, they are absolutely terrible.Service: Body & Trim

I feel like I was treated very unfair . They kept my car for almost a month. They overcharged my insurance. I called and told them what was missing out of my vehicle and they left me on hold for 30 minutes. They had me believing they were finish with my car. I drove 30 minutes away and had to put on my hazardous because my car was given to me incomplete. They told me they would cover the cost of the rental car because of my car being incomplete. The rental car company still charged me and Crash Champion has not returned my pay. I have informed my insurance company to cut ties with this company. I was recommended This auto body shop by my insurance for minor body damage. I went there to have photos taken of the damage, and was told I would be getting a call back.That was more than 5 weeks ago. I have called the shop over 8 times and left 3 messages. The last message I left, I simply asked them to let me know if they ever plan on ever getting to my vehicle, and if not, do me the courtesy of at least letting me off the hook so I can move on. Still nothing.They might do good work (I wouldn't know), but their customer service is garbage.

I will never recommend this body shop. My insurance company sent my car there after I was rear ended, and we chose this shop because it was supposed to be fixed in less than a month, which is how long I had my rental. The majority of the repairs were done after about two weeks, then they were troubleshooting a blinker that would not work. My car sat idle at the repair shop for almost 2 weeks while they had various people try to problem solve. They finally decided to send it over to Nissan. In the meantime I started to incur rental fees of $45 per day. When they informed me that they would be sending it over to Nissan because they could not figure out why the blinker was not working, it took them two days to drive it a few miles down the road… there goes another $90 in rental fees. They dropped my car off at Nissan with no scheduled appointment, and when I ended up calling Nissan on my own to check on the status, they told me that it wouldn’t be until the following week that they got to it, which means if I hadn’t called to check on the status, I would have incurred another week of rental fees at about $300. So I made my own appointment with Nissan and picked up my car then returned it. Turns out it was a fuse blown. Why a body shop could not have figured out that there was a fuse blown is beyond me. When I finally picked up my car from the repair shop, the rear bumper is not properly aligned, the inside and outside of my car was absolutely filthy, and there is still a scratch on one of the panels. Due to a discrepancy in my deductible, I had to wait more than 45 minutes to get my vehicle when I tried to pick it up. It was only then that they offered to wash it, but we had already been waiting so long and I had my young child with me who was growing very impatient at this point. So after getting my car back nine days past the promise of delivery date, $450 in excess rental fees during this time, poor repairs, and a filthy vehicle, I expressed my frustration and disappointment to the manager. He promised me he would speak with the owner and call me back the next business day, but I never heard from anyone. Absolutely awful professional practice.Service: Body & Trim

The service was slow took longer than expected. Shop did not return calls very well. The shop was short handed. The repair work was good. The price was a bit higher than other quotes but I had good references and experience with this shop before.

HORRIBLE! I WENT THERE IN JANUARY IF THIS YEAR DUE TO AN ACCIDENT AND MY CAR WAS DAMAGED BADLY. MY WHOLE LEFT SIDE HAD TO BE TAKEN APART AND REBUILT JUST ABOUT. I CAN SAY THAT MY CAE LOOKED AMAZING ON THE OUT SIDE BUT IT WAS MINOR COSMETIC DETAILS THAT WERENT FIXED PROPERLY.JUST TO GIVE A LIST1.MY CAS TANK WOULDN'T NOT OPEN WITH THE PUSH BUTTON ANYMORE2. Rear bumper wss not completely connected back together. Neither was the front.3. The plastic piece that snaps in on my left backseat wasnt properly done.That is only the beginning of this very long outdrawn process of me getting my car properly fixed. While my car was in their shop my armrest was broken bh one of the workers. Upon waiting over four months i waa able to finally get back to get those problems fixed..which of course didn't get fixed properly again. They took the cheap way out. My armrest was suppose to be completely replaced.. never happened.. the excuse was that ''they couldn't get a new one'' so they glued it the best they could. After waiting so long to get the repairs corrected I didn't make a big fuss. So a little down the line i was informed i had a leaking axle and wanted to make sure it had nothing to do with my accident. Upon dropping my car off..CRASH Champions did pay for me a rental and im very thankful for that.Upon picking up my car up this last time the safety of me and my kids were put to a test. Not even five minutes after leaving the shop and making a U-turn my front driver side wheel flew off ..causing damage to the dust shield and rotor.. Thank God no one got hurt! I was able to safely get my car to the side of the road and towed.. Its crazy that after the neglect of the shop they are refusing to replace my dust shield that was damaged because of them. Im so disappointed and hurt that a company feels its ok to put myself and my family in harms way and not correct the problem ?Services: Body & Trim
