“I brought my 2022 Nissan Frontier in today for a front end alignment. My first time using St Lucie Battery and Tire.
I found everyone to be very friendly, courteous, and professional. They also had the best price for a front end alignment by at least $20. My experience was very positive today. Took my truck back even before my scheduled appointment time. Work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good value and a trusted repair center.

“I call C&C when my 21 year old daughter was in the area, though she lives in St. Pete. She was hearing strange noises coming from the car (was a hub bearing). Dave answered the phone and was super friendly and very accommodating. The next morning my daughter dropped her car off, within 5 minutes they diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day. My daughter call me and said that she had NEVER been to any kid of business with the people was so nice. Great people, professional people and very knowledgeable! She may now save all of the required car work for when she is in Hope Sound. Oh, and the price was very reasonable! Could not recommend this business any higher, congrats for being such a great business!”

“Brad was fantastic!. I am traveling and my air conditioning stopped working. He squeezed me into his schedule the same morning to address the problem. Ordered a new blower, which came defective and got a new one within 30 mins. The job was finished by 2 pm. This was the best experience I have had with a mechanic in years. “A bit more expensive (about $27 over what an oil change at my regular mechanic's shop would be) but how quickly the oil change was done makes that extra charge worthwhile. Note: make an appointment before you go. It was done in under 15 minutes. Clean waiting room and very friendly staff.”

“My insurance company referred me to Crash Champions after an accident to get my car repaired. They had it for about 6 days, and everything looked great. After having the car for about 3 days, I noticed something seemed off, so I reached out and spoke with Bob, who told me to bring it in for them to check.
I live about 40 minutes away and was worried I’d get there right when they closed, but Bob assured me that they would wait for me. I actually arrived a little earlier than expected and was greeted by Nick and Jennifer. Nick came out right away, checked everything, and resolved the issue immediately.
I really appreciate that the team was willing to stay after hours and made sure my concerns were taken care of. Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish! Highly recommend.”

“Notes in the final service indicated the air filter was dirty. Why wasn't this mentioned to me so I could have approved it to be changed? Kind of a no brainer to have it done while I was in the waiting area.”
