Bought our work truck from Brian and we couldn’t be happier. Brian was so beyond fair and honest, and we are so excited for our “new” reliable work pick up. Thank you Brian and Copleys RV for your honesty and integrity in selling used vehicles!

Had a very good experience with the parts department. Was in urgent need of a TireMinder wheel sensor. A Google search found several within a 45 minute drive.
I called RVClopley’s 1st and spoke to Heath. Heath was positive, supportive and knew exactly what I needed. He had a set in stock.
I was tempted to call a few other places, but the conversation went so well with Heath, it seemed like the right place.
Arrived and was pleasantly greeted. It’s rare to purchase something from people interested in helping others. All in all a wonderful experience.
As we travel the country, I’ll remember this experience. Being helped by good people sticks in your mind.

We did not buy a camper here, but we did bring in our camper for service. We asked them to look at 5 specific things that were wrong or could be wrong with our camper. They only looked at 3/5 things and told us we needed to get things done that actually didn’t even need done. The prices of their repair jobs are the through the roof, you are better off repairing things yourself if you can. The service we did pay to get done was done well. The technicians are nice but communicating with the people on the phone was difficult. They never seemed to Anwser the phone and it took forever to get in touch with them and get our camper back. We will not be back again.

Dropped in to look at a few small campers. Had a nice experience. No pressure . No hovering while looking. They gave me some great advice as well. When I'm ready to buy.... they will be my first call .

If you told me 5 years ago, I would resort to a camper, as my residence, I would have laughed at you.
Post Bidenomics, you would be correct!
Thank you Jesus, we have Copley's.
Still!

Buyers beware! My family member purchased a brand new RV in 2021 along with an additional insurance policy they sold her. The AC unit stopped working immediately after purchase & the water tank fell off pulling down the liner when it fell. The awning has a faulty mechanism & does not work. The tank never had water added to it and this RV has never been moved, so why did it fall? The plastic straps holding it were not substantial enough to hold an empty tank. Thank God this RV was not on the road where the falling tank could have maimed or killed her or another motorist.
This business gave her no assistance with the problems & the insurance is money they put in their pockets & no business will accept. I don’t trust a business that does not stand behind the products they sell.

Its rare that non customers write a review. . This is one. I had enough of the cold and drove south until the butter melted in my Class B RV. This part of Florida has been my " go to " for a few years. I was having problems with my solar that was threatening to cancel my entire " get away" shortly after it began. Had a very very expensive medical supply that if unrefrigerated, was unusable, expensive and risky. . I didnt know ahead. , was desperate but Copelys doesnt specialize in solar installations but I took a chance and went in . I couldnt find anyone who was willing to do RV's, only home installations and also having out of state mobile data issues. When i went in the owner was sitting down talking to a really nice couple when he said " come on in, how can I help you?" I went in very close to closing time and explained my situation. He had all the time in the world for me and even went online and gave me several optiions that were local. He narrowed it down and said based on my needs my best option would be a business in Jupiter called Mobile Solar Consulting . Actually the really nice couple sitting across from him who were on their way to dinner , whose conversation I interrupted also got involved and came to the same conclusion. Just to follow up...I went there and thank goodness I did. All my nightmare issues were finaaaallly resolved. It was the right place, those guys were awesome too and true specialists for RV Solar and they even set me up for cold weather too.. Or I was back to issues. Had no idea that was even possible. I wouldn't have found it on my own . And I couldnt do any more days of ice , lugging, emptying unloading, forgetting to change ice in time , everything " marinated in ice water" and shopping for food all over , and especially, losing another batch of meds ( btw $2,500/per ) They saved the day . I had the confidence to restock safely and continue my trip . All this at closing time , making sure I was good to go and I wasnt even a customer. He even offered to check it there if no one else could help, but suggesting my best option was the Mobile Solar Consulting. He put my needs first. Who does that anymore ? A far too rare thing these days. Copelys' positions themselves as a caring " family business. " The really nice couple across from him who helped out? His parents and previous owners. Dad had a great sense of humor :)
So where would I go first when I upgrade if Im treated that way without even being a client ? They say you learn about someones true nature at golf. The business equivalent is how you are treated when the financial incentive is removed. Copelys' RV is " A Family business that cares"
Thanks again
Paul

Very disappointed with Copley's salesman, Sean. From my experience, he is less than honest and doesn't care. That is my reason for a 1. However, the parts department helped tremendously with issues we were mislead on by Sean and couldn't seem to get resolved. Thank you for the help with a very frustrating situation that started almost a year ago.

After years of regular business renting RVs and overlooking being left on the side of the road years ago because Copleys closed early for the holidays and their service didn’t start for hours I am officially DONE with this company. The camper we rented for Thanksgiving this year had a generator that was not working and the service department didn’t catch it because they don’t actually do service on customer’s RVs that they rent out (customer and owners beware) we called and were given a constant runaround by Justin including giving as ETA for a repair person who of course never showed. By the middle of the night on Thanksgiving the CO2 detector was ringing because of the generator failure. We packed up in the middle of the night left our campsite with days still left to camp because of the lack of power to our rented RV. Copley’s asked and was given a written report as to what happened and after waiting nearly 2 months an offer of a partial refund (less than half the rental fee) and return of deposit which was already mine anyway. Liars and crooks don’t deserve any respect or business and I hope failing to offer a proper refund is working losing a loyal customer.
