After years of regular business renting RVs and overlooking being left on the side of the road years ago because Copleys closed early for the holidays and their service didn’t start for hours I am officially DONE with this company. The camper we rented for Thanksgiving this year had a generator that was not working and the service department didn’t catch it because they don’t actually do service on customer’s RVs that they rent out (customer and owners beware) we called and were given a constant runaround by Justin including giving as ETA for a repair person who of course never showed. By the middle of the night on Thanksgiving the CO2 detector was ringing because of the generator failure. We packed up in the middle of the night left our campsite with days still left to camp because of the lack of power to our rented RV. Copley’s asked and was given a written report as to what happened and after waiting nearly 2 months an offer of a partial refund (less than half the rental fee) and return of deposit which was already mine anyway. Liars and crooks don’t deserve any respect or business and I hope failing to offer a proper refund is working losing a loyal customer.

BEWARE! If it was possible to give NEGATIVE STARS that would be Copely’s Rating! My husband and I decided to rent a travel trailer from Copleys rental division. We were traveling to Michigan to a remote area for our first vacation in two years and very excited. I worked with Justin and explained our destination and stressed the importance that all amenities needed to be functional due to our remote location. I was assured everything was inspected and functional and cleaned prior to each rental and would have propane in tanks. When we arrived at our destination all the issues with the camper started to surface, after camp was set up. Both grey and black tanks were left full by Copley’s, we traveled 1500 miles with full tanks. We had to tear camp down to take camper to dump facility and dump other people’s waste. Then couldn’t use the toilet because it was clogged. Awning would not open. Heater did not work and we had cold weather. We checked propane tanks to be sure that wasn’t the issue and found one empty tank and the other almost empty, had to leave camp again to have them filled (they were suppose to be full), rechecked heater and it still wouldn’t work. Shower doors were broke and couldn’t use. We left camp again to travel to hardware store and purchase fuses. We checked the camper fuse’s, the heater and awning still did not work. We had to clean the entire camper because it was filthy. We wasted an entire day of our vacation dealing with the amenities we were promised worked prior to paying for our rental. During our trip I left two messages with no response, had to call a third time before I spoke to Justin about the issues, he only responded with excuses! On our return trip we had two destination stops and planned to use the camper for those stops and couldn’t due to the amenities not working. We had to pay for two hotel stays instead. When the camper was returned my husband discussed all the issues with someone in the office and was assured we would receive a call to discuss them. We had to make contact with Copley’s and leave three messages before Brian returned our call. We were requested to fill out a reimbursement document. We filled out the document and emailed it back with no response. Had to personally follow up and was told the email was not received. To avoid any further issues we attempted to hand deliver the documents and Brian would not see us, used the excuse he was busy and to leave them with the office staff. As of today we are still waiting to received our deposit reimbursement and waiting to find out how Copley’s will handle our wasted vacation time spent trying to fix the problems with the camper and the additional money spent during our trip.If you read this entire review I would stress you find another company to do business with wether you’re buying or renting.

I have insured this family operation for 22+ years. I can say without any doubt - extremely honest, humble and kind. I highly recommend Copleys RV to all. In business, they have become like family.

For 3 months, our 43' Tiffin Allegro sat at Copley's waiting on its awning & dishwasher to be fixed. The service department had full knowledge that the awning repair would require a forklift & acknowledged they had one. Imagine our surprise when we called to be told they wouldn't/couldn't do the awning repair. And who knows why they didn't fix the dishwasher? The service personnel didn't even think to check the breakers when our ac didn't work - we had to figure that out for them! There was zero communication in that 3 months or we would have picked up our bus & taken it elsewhere. A complete waste of time - hopefully you will learn from our misadventure with this rookie operation.

This family owned business was great! Sean in Sales was great and extremely responsive. Jessie and Phil ion service took care of our concern with the new RV we were picking up and explained everything in detail, Heath in Parts is really friendly and helpful, Mark in Service has been very responsive to my emails usually responding within an hour and Michele and Brian were great to deal with with financing and dropping off the RV for warranty work that should have been completed by StarCraft. We love our camper and Copleys has been fantastic!

RENTER & BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT - NO MATTER IF NO DAMAGE IS DONE! 2nd time we rented an RV and the 2nd time we've been told there was "invisible" damage. We took great care of the rental RV and still were charged for whatever they come up with. I took pictures both times all were the same, all damage documented and STILL WERE CHARGED. Their rental business is a total SCAM. Use anyone else but them to rent or buy an RV. GIVE US OUR DEPOSIT BACK and everyone else you STEAL from!

Drove to Copely's RV from Broward County. It was our first foray into looking at campers. We had the pleasure of meeting with Brian. Brian really took the time to explain the difference in the various "Class" of Campers versus the "Truck Campers" which we thought we wanted. Seems like a very honest dealership, no pressure, and didn't even take our phone number. Brian said he wanted us to be able to make an educated decision when it was time for us to purchase one.

My wife and I are travelling from Albany, GA (456 miles) today to look at a used Class A RV. The salesperson I talked to is Sean. I am hoping that this will be a very good and informative experience as it is a long drive round trip.

Fantastic selection of RV's with good prices. Service department is stellar with a friendly attitude. We stopped in here for a repair, and will mark this on our list for purchase, repair, or trade.
