Called ahead of time to make an appointment and was told they could do hard gel (acrylic). Arrived and there was a lot of confusion on whether this could be done. after resolving that issue I was asked what color I wanted. I showed a picture of white and pink ombré (picture attached). More confusion along with frustration and rudeness from the nail tech. She begins speaking in her native language to a coworker before throwing her hands up and saying she can do what I asked for. I stated “are you sure? Because if not I’m not going to stay here.” And she said “you can go somewhere else I don’t care”. Overall just rudeness and disrespect from one specific staff member which made me want to leave and give another salon a chance instead.

Been going to Tien for years, very professional and the best pedicure ever. So relaxing. Spotlessly clean, great interaction with clients. Absolutely love it ✅☘️

Been here twice. Both times treated with kindness and respect. Great pedicure. My husband gets pedicures due to his diabetes and needs constant nail care. He and I are always pleased with the pedicures we get. Thi is wonderful to talk with and is very skillful with pedicures.

I Will Never come back again because they not so nice people as a customer they don’t great people and it’s look like yo can’t talk on your phone, i was so surprised 1 of them said shut up ?, what? The place is not so friendly and today I had a very bad experience from this place, discrimination from a elderly the owner of the place was doing manicure for this old lady and she was asking for to do something on her nails and the owner said:Shut up to her I was so surprise and about my case I made a phone call and when the girl was finished to do my pedicure she said to me she is done and she thinks I am done talking also, not so nice

My daughter brought a photo of how she wanted her nails for Prom they charged $60.They did nothing even remotely close to it. Told us to goSomehwre else and no refund.Services: Acrylic nails

New to the area, I want to support local businesses in Hobe Sound and have found some great ones. Excel Nails is not one of them. I have been there three times, each with issues and do not plan to return. There is very poor customer service, actual rudeness and ignoring of customers, and no sign of sterilizing tools. Go at your own risk and don't expect an enjoyable experience.

The owner or at least the person that always answers the phone ruins it for all the ladies that work on the right side of the entrance. This person is rude and so disrespectful of clients. While there I have heard her saying " you're late...so your spot taken" someone else walks in with an appt. she tells them that there is a wait.....then complains that they ask how long. Woooow nothing like a business person to disrespect their customers I live in Hobe Sound and have tried to go back but I keep seeing this same attitude. Awful cuz I really like the other girls.
