I learned more from Jenee in the 30 minutes I was there, than I did in a previous medical supply company I visited. We set up an appt. for them to assess my mother in her home for the appropriate power wheelchair. Jenee, Julio and Jeff were so kind towards my mother and I. They assessed and customized a power wheelchair to accommodate my mothers specific needs. Jenee submitted the insurance documents to Medicare and made the entire experience seamless for us.

I went to Lincare in Stuart yesterday to pick up my new CPAP machine and to be fitted for a new face mask. Julie, a Respiratory Therapist, oriented me and she did a comprehensive phenomenal job. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and she anticipated all the questions I could have asked . She made sure I fully understood all aspects of my new machine . She also stressed that in order for Medicare to continue allowing me to use it I had to have a minimum of 70% of usage over the first 90 days . I totally agree with this too. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The only challenge was where to place the chair for optimum viewing usage of the mirror. “We just want to give a tremendous shout out to Jason Favors of Teko Technicians! We had been fighting an issue with the oxygen & air lines on our neonatal transport isolette. I was convinced it was the blender; my partner was convinced it was the regulators. We were unable to solve the issue at our home base. After speaking with Jason, we transported the entire transporter to his shop. He ultimately performed an entire overhaul of the entire delivery system, from the regulators to the blender and everything in between! We were so impressed, we asked him if he could examine the rest of the isolette. Issues were found and immediately repaired. Jason kept us informed on every step he took before and after repairs, so that we could see what he found, get approval to repair, and followed up with the final product/work. Jason exhibited excellent customer service and communication skills, which included phone calls, pictures via text and video chats.
