“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”

“Cove Gardens did a beautiful job designing (in consultation) and implementing a complete landscaping of the front of our house. It was done by reimagining the original landscape and then adding/replacing the original plantings. They guaranteed their work for a full year, and when one plant died, they replaced it at no cost. I'll definitely call them when further work or a new design is contemplated.”

There's too many customers in the store, and if you need an employee to answer detailed questions, they're being pulled in all directions. I can't fault the store for the high traffic! They always seem to have everything in stock. Just moved to the area, so I'm wondering if the negative reviews were from a long time ago?”

“I love this place! I live in Jupiter Farms, so I end up here nearly weekly because it's so conveniently located. I'm redoing a massive amount of landscaping at my home I just purchased, and the staff here are so helpful in providing advice and helping me to select appropriate plants. All plants are healthy and reasonably priced. Large selection of plants, trees, and hardscaping items. Everything I've purchased is thriving (aside from what the rabbits have munched.)”

“I had a car battery succumb to the cold weather and needed a new one. I was truly disturbed at the prices after shopping around, after all it's acid and lead. A coworker mentioned that home depot has great prices on car batteries. I saved over 200$ and couldn't be happier with the service.”
