Got a great deal on Cooper Tires from Hobe Sound Pep Boys. Car was taken promptly at the time of my appointment and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Bonus was enjoying a glass of wine at Casa Del Vino while waiting for car to be done.

Avoid by all cost the told me my crankshaft pully was bad but lone behold it was my water pump they tried to charge me 1000 dollars for the job lol I did it on my own my water pump cost me 90 dollars and the coolant was 24 dollars.Thank God for youtube dyi

Excellent service and pricing on a set of Goodyear Eagle tires. They did a full inspection of my car and advised me I also need an aleignment witch I scheduled. I have now used them on both of my vehicles for tires. Waiting to get email concerning my rebate from Goodyear that Pep Boys promoted.

Josh and Anderson made our experience 5*!! Josh made me feel comfortable trying to figure out what was wrong with our vehicle and then working with Anderson organizing pickup was perfect. Pep Boys was not our first option but will be, because of Josh and Anderson. Thank you!

Anderson and his team did a great job and made sure I was safe. I brought in a 12yo car, Acura 2012, neglected for almost a year, un-replaced parts from original buy and Anderson made it a point to let me know what really needed to be done to ensure my safety. I really appreciate that. It wasn’t a up sell, just genuine human to human care. AND stayed past closing time by 30+ minutes because it wasn’t quite done yet. Thank you so much Anderson and team. I will be back for shocks and struts ??
