I have been a very happy customer of the Hobe Sound UPS Store for 13+ yrs. Unfortunately, the new owner Kim is NOT a nice person. She has no respect for the paying customers. She manages to come up with new rules or regulations every 6 to 8 weeks (just to make us jump through hoops it seems) while blaming the US Post Office, as if new rules keep coming out every other month, LOL. Funny how there were never any new rules or regulations in the dozen years before she arrived. She acts like a school principal handing out detentions to disobedient kids! Employee morale at the store has gone down the tubes which is painfully sad to see after the fun, happy work environment previous owner created has been ruined. I feel so sorry for all the nice people that work there (Amber, Smamntha, Christine) who are always so positive, friendly, helpful and respectful to the customers. The new owner's husband is also very kind and an absolute rockstar, especially for putting up with her, LOL! Read the other owner reviews: old owner Pete was so well loved but no such love for new owner Kim. How befitting. Without Kim, 5+ stars all day but unfortunately a 2 star review is very appropriate due to her attitude and demeanor. My advice is to avoid Kim!!!

I love this local UPS store branch. I am so pleased at the associate’s attentiveness. I have seen multiple people come in at once and each associate helped right away or greeted each customer right away! 5 stars!

They are so helpful at this store!!!Amber helped me with my Amazon returns that are usually a HUGE pain, but she made it easy! Amber even helped me get an app on my phone to make returns easier in the future.She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

The employees at this store have really gone down hill. The worst of all, the tall red head "boy" who has a terrible personality and always makes you feel as if you're bothering him. Very unpleasant and has an poor attitude.If there was another UPS store around, I would go elsewhere.

After going through the proper steps, I was able to get my fingerprints done here for volunteer services. James was extremely kind and the other employees helped out with providing a seat for my boy to keep him entertained while James got the prints ! Thanks everyone for your kindness and giving my boy a cookie too !!!

Jake (not from State Farm) is the bomb! I had to return a couple things from Amazon and he made it so easy for me. In a world where there is no longer a such thing as customer service...he proved me wrong! Thanks Jake!
