Horrible store. Always clean coffee machine in morning when people want coffee. After I left because so without saying a word The lady is in the store yelling at me. Get over yourself. I don’t work on your time and thank the lord for that. They do this all the time and it takes forever. People have jobs and things to do in life they can’t wait 15-20 minutes on something they expected to take 3-5.

this store is incredible. They kept canceling my orders and blaming them on me. They refused to give my orders to the drivers who took the time to go out there to get it. They argued with my drivers about it once sent me a picture saying they didn’t even come out they left a blank. I have called Customer service so many times over this. I am tired. I have sent emails about this and I’m done. I will never ever go to the store ever again. I have been a loyal 7-Eleven customer for years to be treated like this, I even became a member because of it. These people are ridiculous. I usually don’t write reviews before this I will.

The older Hispanic lady is so rude. I put my stuff back and left when I heard her being so rude to the customers in front of me. Don't go to this location there's a better one on mile stretch and 19.

Josh was amazing at the counter. Extremely efficient and on point. I notice alot of employees talking in this store not paying attention to the customer but not Josh. He is always attentive and professional. Just saying he deserves a promotion or a raise.
Krystal is also a very good manager. Always greets her customers and is great fixing issues politely and quickly.

There is an employee working at night who, when the drivers go to
pick up Uber orders, says bad words and treats drivers badly as if they were second-class customers. I don't understand why they put employees tired of living at night, then in the morning another one comes in who is all love and sweetness.

Mark,Nicki,and Dawn are always very pleasant and helpful especially with me always buying 20 packs of cookies.I really appreciate their patience and sense of humor and great attitude,they definitely are great employees and even better people.

I'm in this store 5 days a week as it's close to work. For the most part, Everytime I come in I never expect to be wowed with customer service or even a grunt from an employee. I understand your issues with theft as I was in retail for many years. Walked in and wasn't greeted with a simple hi. Two cashier's at the registers talking to each other as I'm already at the end of the aisle towards the coolers I hear a voice tell me I can't be in there with my backpack. Your profit loss margin is due to the ineffective customer service of your employees. An employee walking around, restocking, cleaning, checking if the food is even still safe to eat or has it been out too long. It's simple. If your employees are only at the registers to perform transactions and couple it with excellent customer service 100% of the time you will greatly reduce the higher theft rate. I know that it works because I have utilized it myself and surprise surprise....my shrink was less than 0.5%. I walk into a gas station across the road and I'm greeted with a smile wave and "genuine" customer service. I'll go to the gas station across the street from now on...if it's food you are looking for I suggest going to the nearest Wawa. Anytime you ask for something that has to be made you will be greeted...with resentment.

I was not driving/not my car. I have boycott ExxonMobil gas for years. I like 7-Eleven but not Exxon gas. Nothing to do with 7-Eleven stores. Exxon is a huge environmental pollution problem.

Almost every 7-Eleven is on point! Always anl great experience
