Rude women at the counter.
I bought a extra-large big gulp and it came up to $1.99 with my membership.
I said to my mom quietly that it should be $1 but I wasn’t going to make a fuss and the women goes “well not no more” .
I replied “well they should update the signs then.”
She goes” I just work here, I’m not a manager”
Yeah no kidding 😅
Update your signs 7/11 and hire less hostile employees. It starts with management.

Only 7/11 I know that closes there public restrooms after 9pm even if you are a frequent paying customer …this is why I always go to bp across the steeet half the employees suck & barley do there job & they have a bigger lady who works at night that can barley move around because she’s so obese dose not move fast & sits behind the counter also makes you wait about 15 before completing a task to be able to come take your payment behind the counter Iv worked for many 7/11s & for as new this establishment is there shouldn’t be these type of issues

7-Eleven would you consider filing a lawsuit against the Family Dollar or whoever changed the traffic pattern because they are killing your business! The only time it's easy for people to go into your place of business is on their way home and that's usually when people are in a rush to get home and deal with dinner for their family after work but having been around this area for 50 years, what you want is to be able to access the 7-Eleven without! leaving your neighborhood and I have to go out into the intersection and then figure out a way to get back, you wind up just driving on and going somewhere else instead of dealing with the traffic and! we haven't needed that for 50 years and! there was a bank or a business over on the right hand side all these years. There needs to be some kind of other alternative if this is a safety issue. If they had some kind of vote on this I would be against it and I'm sure it's decreasing their business it has to be. You're alienating the people coming out and inside. ...that just want to pop in and head back home for something they need real quick it's called a convenience store for a reason. I hope you can sue somebody and win! Sue for damages, lost profit. And get that removed. And please use my Google review I'm speaking for the whole neighborhood. Because I've had conversations and nobody's in disagreement. I'm focused on the issue not grammar so no adhominem.

A lot of bad reviews for good reason at this location. Just like everyone states your staff is incompetent and rude especially the older large lady that works days during the week and your general mngr. I have spent a ton of money at this store but never again. I consistently get overcharged here. I always pull up the 7 eleven app prior to walking in so I know what deals are going on. The last 3 visits I have been overcharged. Pretty easy math here. 3 Monsters for $6.99 and a 4th for $1 would equal $7.99. They can’t get it right! Today when I went in I had my app ready to show and I had mentioned that I’m not overpaying today like she has been charging me. She stares at the screen as usual and then points to the back room and calls mngr. She walks out ready for battle before she even spoke to me. I explained I have been overcharged the last 3 times and she didn’t even acknowledge I spoke, makes some adjustments on the register and starts to walk away. I said I wanted to talk to her about this since she is the mngr. She tries to give me excuses and tells me it’s my responsibility to make sure I’m charged correctly. I said wait a minute lady that’s not the customers responsibility it’s her and her employees responsibility and she fires back at me like I’m arguing but I’m just talking at a normal tone of voice and says I’m not talking to you LEAVE! I said excuse me? I said you’re the manager and you should care about overcharging your customers especially when they are here several times a week spending money. I said since you don’t care provide me with the franchisee information and she refused saying I don’t have to tell you that and get out or I will call the cops. Mind you she is the only one raising her voice. She didn’t know how to handle a customer with a legitimate complaint and tried to make me the bad guy like I was making a scene but she created her own seen in front of customers. I was really taken back with the worst customer service from any gas station I have been at. These people are clearly miserable and show it daily. I have never been so upset about how I was treated and I hope the franchisee sees this review and actually cares enough to respond or actually do something about his staff. Every review repeats itself on how poorly run this store really is. Won’t be back, I can go right across the street to BP from now on.

If I could give them 0 stars I would the owner doesn't take coupons. Which I smoke newports and I have an app. And their store is registered on that, but he won't accept any coupons he jacked up the price on newports. It's literally almost $13 for 1 pack. Absolutely Ridiculous 😡Definitely Don't recommend spending your money here whatsoever the owner is a joke and ripping people off giving 7-11 a bad name if I do say so myself so disappointed

It’s a nice store but the management and customer service is completely disgraceful, everytime I go in I am waiting at least ten to fifteen minutes for someone to come to the counter to check me out and I am always then greeted with rude service. I was so excited to see this 7/11 get rebuilt but the staff have to go.

The cashier told me to put my food on the floor that she didn't want it on her counter and didn't care if my food was on the ground. I asked for a bag after and she threw one at me. This place has the worse customer service ever. Oh, don't try their cold hot coffee full of grounds.

I was racially profiled here and followed out of the store after using the bathroom. The employee followed me to my car and then accused me of stealing sunglasses that were on my head. My own sunglasses. Terrible service and judge of character.
