Total jerks at holiday florida store. After dealing with a hurricane and flooding, total devastation everywhere and they just want to price gouge. Just worried about their pockets.

The worst experience of my life my fiance was in the hospital and they wouldn't let me get any stuff out of the storage because my name wasn't on the account They said that I would have to be on the account so he put my name on the account went up there still couldn't get in He called them to let them know and they said they couldn't do it unless he was right there He said but you told me if I put her name on there that she could come and get some my stuff They said no you have to be there again I am laid up in the hospital I'm not able to and they said there's nothing that they can do He says but don't you understand again says but I'm not able to be there I'm in the hospital and we were unable to do anything until my fiance passed away and we were able to show a death certificate that was a shame!!! I even called my place where I had some storage They said they never heard of anything like that before in their life so I would not recommend CubeSmart!

Acquiring the storage unit was nice and easy. Process was simple. Shortly after moving my stuff in I had a couple issues, them being roaches in the halls and homeless living in one of the units. I will give credit that in my past few visits I haven't seen many bugs in the halls as I have in the past and I also haven't seen the transients in a while. My latest issue is the fact that my rates have been going up consistently since I signed the lease. I signed a lease with a 50% off rent promo. I called and asked and they said the promo was indefinite, as long as I had the lease for. Now, I have gotten two $20 rate increases since I got my lease November, 2023. Pretty soon my promotional rate will be null and void simply because of these rate increases. Has everyone's rates gone up or just the people who got suckered into their promotion? If my promotion was indefinite, why is my unit currently listed on the website for $30 less than what I pay? That doesn't seem very fair or honest.

Security gate has been broken for more than two months. On a random visit after hours the door was wide open to the facility. Expect to receive several rate increases. It is a clean facility, but you will pay a absolute premium for a unit

The Cube Smart in Holiday is newer. The employees are professional, helpful, and friendly. Easy to get in and out. Nice wide hallways

Multiple times I was locked out of my unit. Having two jobs I was unable to get there before business hours. I went in one day when I was able to get there before the office closed to see what was going on. It was stated that someone else had tried to access my unit but yet I was not alerted that I needed to come in and verify my id. I was told I was left many voicemails but I have only one stating that there was nothing wrong with my access and I should be able to get in back in may. This issue continued on for 3-4 months. I have been a customer for 2+ years so I am extremely unhappy. I attempted to reach out to the regional manager and was told I would receive a call back and never got one.
