This store closes at 9 not 10, for them being such a growing branch you would think the tech department could update the real times

Specifically looked up the hours and drove all the way up to the store, arrived at 9:05. Just to be told that they apparently closed at 9. Fix your hours online. Thanks !

I received one out of seven items on my mobile order that was to be delivered. Evidently they did not stock milk they did not stock Dino Bite cereal and they did not stock a case of Mountain Dew. Or the in-store Shopper was just too lazy and Market is out of stock. That would be my guess the only thing they sent me was the two boxes of Whopper candy that I ordered charged me $2 along with the tip that was 125% more than what they charged me for the order. I only live 3.9 Mi away from the store so I plan on going over there and seeing what's in stock the last time I went to the store it was 8:59 they closed at 9:00 p.m. and the manager was locking the door and would not provide service. Steer clear from this particular Dollar General! They must have some pretty sorry management!

First, I spend a lot of money here even though I have to always just grab whatever is on the shelf as an alternative to what I really want. Second, unprofessional isn't the word for the rest of the crew besides Angel and Cat. I was barred from the store because I wasn't stealing even though I was being followed around like I was when a simple rewind of security camera would do. A picture of me was taken on the workers personal phone which I am very very uncomfortable with because I am child sized and I worry about predators as I'm sure she does too because her children who are bigger than I am we're at work with mom. Second, if I was approached properly from the beginning it would have gone a lot smoothly and I would not have decided to never purchase from this store again which is when I was barred. I wasn't the only customer to not make a purchase and all customers were told to leave. Well here's the back story, I had a long bad day spent the previous 3 hours crying and went to home depot, CVS, Walgreens and then dollar general for my necessities and they were store #4 to not have ANY of the products on my list. So as I'm going down the list and navigating through the somewhat unfamiliar aisles I don't think nothing of it to move on when I didn't find the flying insect traps, the deodorant aisle at all, cheap flip flops my size, laundry detergents the whole house can use without being allergic, affordable paper plates etc, etc......... I was searched even though nothing was found, which seemed to make her become even more upset. Her thought was the reusable bag I had containing my wallet (with money, ID and credit/debit cards and attached to 4 keys on a hook and key ring), an old pair of slides and my brand new cell phone. It would be obvious if I was shoplifting because the virtually flat bag would have been noticable. As it was slung over my shoulder and contained my valuables. The way I was dressed would have been impossible to hide stolen items. She was following me since the parking lot. So I'm not sure why as I was putting my other bags in the front she didn't say anything about the makeshift pocketbook/shopping bag I was carrying. I felt like I was being profiled since I was seen pulling up to the store on my bicycle. I see it happen often to the homeless people that have a bike and a backpack.
Some people don't drive, some people use a bicycle for exercise and not everyone is shoplifting. Also, I'm sure being profiled, followed and searched is a good reason to decide not to frequent an establishment that has treated a customer poorly and being barred after saying that you will not be spending your money there is unprofessional. And twisting the narrative to fit the situation is very unprofessional.
But nothing will be done because complaining to management and the corporate office is useless. Nasty customer service is the norm in holiday.

Do not shop here they don’t have any help. I go here 4 times a week but leave 2 and go to Publix or CVS because don’t want to wait in line. I also see people walk out almost every time cause there line is too long they are losing $1000s in business because they won’t get any help

You never can call the store because they leave it off the hook! The manager doesn't know what he is doing and should not be in a hospitality position! Within the last year the Dollar General on US19 in Holiday has went downhill! The store is filthy and cluttered, they are always out of items and it takes forever for them to restock the items! The management doesn't know how to order enough products! And the employees are very rude and I'm sure they learned being rude from the manager because he's very rude at times!

Went in for a few items and ended up waiting in line for over 10 minutes because there was only one person on a register. THEN Kristy another worker, n decided that she saw a regular, didn’t say anything to anyone else and decided to take him while there were 4 of us already in line waiting still. Then proceeded to talk to him and after checking him out went outside with him to talk while customers were still waiting. I feel bad for the other workers who actually do their job. Won’t go back especially when workers can’t even acknowledge customers and can decide who they want to take.

Went to holiday store at 4:30.. doors are locked. Was informed by 2 workers they closed because they have to put stuff away. Since when, most times cannot even get down aisle. Was informed if I don't like it call management. Usually busy time for dollar general. Just turning all away. Great service

Pour customer service, The shelves are always empty! Employees always doing the least! Definitely would recommend Family dollar instead. They have great customer service, usually has everything I'm looking for and pricing is just right.
