Does not return phone calls. Very unprofessional when trying to fix my refrigerator. Told me they “were done” even though my refrigerator still had the leak. They’re impossible to get a hold of as well.

Service call scheduled by Electrolux for a side by side fridge. Mary was the person answering the phone. She was short and rude. She asked for an original bill of sale for the appliance or they would not service the appliance. All my Electrolux warranted appliances have been serviced for years. $70,000.00 renovation of my home by a contractor. Because I didn't have the bill of sale in my hand at that moment I hung up to pull the bill of sale. I called back with the bill of sale and she already canceled my service. Electrolux scheduled a new service call with a different company. Poor communication skills.

Over 3 weeks to fix a brand new TV and still not fixed. Had me miss days from work to not even touch it saying they'd have to be back. I explained I can't just keep missing work days like anybody else, I'll lose my job. The lady said she'd make it at the end of the day. The dat before they tell me to be home mid day again. We talk, the lady denies what she said, talks over me, and has a nasty attitude telling me to go have Samsung send somebody else then so she can close out the ticket.Wasted all my time for nothing. Rudest most useless bunch of individuals.

Assurant warranty sent me these guys to fix my washing machine. It took three visits for them to still not fix the problem. The first technician came and identified that a part needs a replacement and ordered the part. The second technician comes back a week later and replaced the part, issue not fixed, told us that he needs to order another part and orders it. The Same guy comes back a week later and installs it, however the washing machine doesn't turn on, the technician told me to wait for some time and checked as it takes time to start, I told it never takes this longer to start. Told me that since the board is installed newly it takes longer to start. Waited for an hour and called this company, now they say that cannot fix this issue and they can only replace parts and asked me to contact GE Appliance tech support. They clearly do not know what they are doing. Stay away from these guys and save your time and money.Service: Washing machine repair

The technician that arrived to my home had somewhat of a hard time to open the components of the dryer, he was perhaps a new technician to this company. They were okay to charge $150 for the labor, and charged me $140 for the part. Totaling above $310 with taxes.After the repair was done, I checked on the price of the part and was shocked to find it in the market for $49, and other places for less. They stiffed me $90 and when I called them to complain, they gave me all kinds of B.S. Customer service told me we will send the technician to get the part back, of course didn’t happened.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Impossible to get a hold of someone, the tech who was supposed to come out never called us like they said he would prior to arrival, was extremely rude when communicating back with us. Samsung should be embarrassed to use this company.

I want to give this company 0 stars! They are absolutely horrible and it seems by reading all these reviews they are full of excuses. Unfortunately, Samsung sent them out due to a warranty issue. Seems like this is a repeat pattern but the tech was late, complained he had been working all day and did not test the appliance. Basically blamed my plumbing and install tech. Passing the buck! Called Samsung to get a tech out again they provided me with the same company. The company calls said they only have one tech and to get a different company to help. They blamed the installer and Samsungs video tech. I asked for the manager and she said there is not one and the owner comes and goes. She would not give me their info. I strongly doubt they will call me back. Dont ever use this company!

The technician didn't do the diagnostics, just changed the panel. The refrigerator is still not working BUT they do not return the phone calls. Once they got your money, no call back.Service: Refrigerator repair

They called to verify an appointment that i've had. She asked if the tv was off the wall. I said "no" the tv is too heavy for me to take down my self and I don't want my wife to help. She just had a baby, so she's still recovering. Maybe the tech can help. Her response "NO WE DON'T DO THAT. What help. So cancelled the appointment. We don't even know if the work tech needs to do requires the tv to come off the wall. It's very apparent why they have 2 stars (Even that's too high). Why are warranty companies giving these people work and making their customers upset. This company should not get any work from anyone.

I'll say it plainly - ANYTHING is better than these people.They charge for a consultation- which requires opening the fridge and flashing a few lights and checking the fan, afterwards they'll email you an estimate with a bunch of parts "they know from experience" they have to change - convenient. Meanwhile, nobody has checked if the parts are actually 1) faulty 2) cause of the problem.After these incompetent townies were unable to answer a few questions over email, we went with someone else who not only tore my fridge apart until he found the problem but identified what was really the source of the issue. To our surprise, it was none of the pieces these townies wanted to replace.Asking a 5-yr old what is wrong with your fridge, will take you further than these people.p.s.: Complete Electronic Specialists save your response and your "we have 15 yrs experience" speech. All that means is that you've gotten away with scamming for that long.

They were absolutely horrid! Showed up to repair a warrantied TV 2 weeks after I called and then decided it was not under warranty. When asked how much to repair, “Dale” said he couldn’t get in touch with the office to give us a quote and when told that was unprofessional, he became rude and irrate and left. Technician blamed outlet. Said there's no power. Both the electrician I paid and the brand new voltmeter I bought said otherwise. Lazy tech only said that because he thought he could get away with it since only my wife was home. Shame on me, I suppose, for assuming this business would employ someone who would actually do his job.Edit: No, it was your company. I see there is a significant issue with passing the buck at your business. It's the outlet, it's another company. If I could give negative stars, I would. Finally got another technician out who fixed the issue in 7 minutes.Have the day you deserve.

The tech that called me and told me that he would be here at 10am was 30 minutes Late. After informing his dispatch about rescheduling the tech they refused to comeback out the next day even though they were late. They give you a 2 hour window to prevent any liability on their part. All the staff that schedule appointments are rude and disrespectful. Don't let an unprofessional company waste your time and money.Service: Washing machine repair
