  Came here after trying several other salons in the area, and definitely can say, I will be back. I got an acrylic fill and gel polish. My daughter got a full set of acrylics and a cute blue French tip. Happy to have finally found a place that is fast, friendly, fairly priced, and keeps a nice clean environment.

  First time to Friendly Nails and Spa and had a fabulous pedicure with Mai . She does a fabulous job with what are not so fabulous toes. The massage and her attention to detail give her a 5+ rating. I will definitely be back to Friendly Nails to see Mai again.

  Just finished one of the best pedicures I have had in years! Kim is AMAZING!!! Excellent massage and perfect gel French polish! Could not be happier with the treatment and professional service. BTW - I walked in.

  My experience at this establishment was absolutely terrible. Not only did they drain every last penny from my bank account, making me wait five days for a refund, but they also burned my nail twice and cut my cuticles so deep that they bled. When I went in on the third day to ask about my money, one of the employees actually tried to rip the receipt from my hand!
  
  On top of that, my card declined the first time because I entered the wrong PIN. The second time, it declined again because the employee incorrectly entered $185 instead of the correct amount of $130. Since I only had $160 in that account, the transaction failed. However, she then tried a different amount—without my permission—and ultimately withdrew every penny I had.
  
  This was an absolutely unacceptable experience.

  Horrible customer service! Telling a customer “they’re picky and that nobody will notice lumpy nails” as if that makes it better, I notice and I’m the paying customer. Very unprofessional! Everyone isn’t going to accept your micro aggressions. Disgusting behavior.

  It has been 2 years since I treated myself to a pedi. Pedi's are typically expensive. Depending on the service treatment you choose. In those 2 years I have developed what I call 'Mom Feet ' after having my 1st baby at 39. Mom's feet are the dry cracked cakey looking heels. I thought that they were going to be the new normal for me. Having ugly mom feet. Then I decided to take an hour for myself that wasn't shopping or going to work & where I had the baby with me. I was taken care of by a beautiful lady called Tracy I believe. Very sweet & kind. Made sure the process was comfortable. Wam Bam hour something later I'm done. I get home & I'm sitting here & I notice that my Mom Feet are GONE! No cracks! No rough spots! Just beautiful clean smooth heels like I used to have. I'm floored to be honest. Now I know I will have to start putting money aside to get pedicures & keep the mom feet at bay! Thank you for a lovely time & service.

  My mom and grandma and I had the most enjoyable time here! The people were SO nice, and we all said we have never had such good manacure and pedicure. Definitely recommend! 💗

  Service was fast and staff was kind. Asked for gel fresh tips with short almond shape and got powder dip and fresh polish which will chip. My finger is bleeding and hurts. Next time I’ll go buy a set at the dollar general.

  Currently crying. Not sure what to do, do I shave off the other one to match? I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Had nice overgrown brows this morning. There was no reason to take that much off my one eye brow!

  Rose, and her daughter, are the absolute best! You can show Rose a photo of what you want and she will somehow get the perfect match of colors and will do the design like the photo or even better. She takes her time every single time. She’s super personable, funny, and genuinely cares about your nails. She’s the first nail tech that I’m not afraid to ask for adjustment/correct something with my nails. I have extremely soft/thin nails, she’s very gentle with them.
  
  Cleanliness: Everyone keeps their stations clean and organized. They are constantly wiping down their stations and chairs. They also clean the pedicure bowls and chairs immediately after using. Throughout my appointments they sweep the floor multiple times as well.

  My first time there on a Sunday getting a pedicure and eye brow arch. The young lady was very gentle and incredibly nice.

  I have had my nails done here 3 times now. I always get a gel mani. Every time was great. I just had my nails done last week by Tracy. I had a image of what I wanted. She nailed it. I love them! Clean work. Perfect lines, nothing on the skin, perfect thickness. My right thumb nail perviously broke on one side. She rounded them out perfectly. I will be requesting her.
