“Rooms could definitely use a upgrade. Carpet seems like it's original carpet..... got to go! Fridge could definitely use some kind of upgrade also.
Nearby activities: Bars bars bars, some shopping, places to eat, & the park! All of this is within walking distance.
Noteworthy details: Definitely has history of celebrities who stayed there. Depending on who you ask, some say they hear & see things... others don't. See what you think.”

“The best part of this hotel is Milita in kitchen making breakfast everyday for everyone. So pleasant and accommodating. The food is good. Unfortunately the tv in our room didn’t work and we had to get another room on the bottom floor. Very noisy. But also convenient location.”

“My partner and I stayed here on Thanksgiving weekend and it was ok! It's a good affordable location with a lot of shops around. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Sabrina, the lady who works hard to tend the breakfast and main lobby. Breakfast items consists of waffles, yogurt, bagels and orange juice! plus any condiment needed. There's a laundry room, and soap is available for $1 at the front desk. The machines are available to use for $3 each.
The walls are very VERY thin, so this might not be the place if you wanted peace and quiet. I could hear people walking in the creaky hallways and next door people's conversations. AC is really loud, but I personally enjoyed the white noise.
Would stay again, but I'd request any other room besides the one we stayed, the floors were extremely uneven, and we kept tripping or losing balance.”

“Its location is on the bayou which has a very nice park, boat ramp, church, tennis courts, racquet ball. The rooms need updated furniture. Big bathroom which is nice. A/c took some messing around with to get it on. Maintenance keeps it clean. Has a pool and is pretty quiet. NoRooms: Mini fridge, tv”
“I have read a lot of reviews about the Rodeway Inn in Central. I sometimes feel nothing but negative reviews just reflects that a person was not treated the way they expected to be treated so they may stretch the truth to enhance the story. I stayed at this Roadway inn twice now, and I have not seen a roach yet. Not saying there aren't any, I just had not seen them. And the staff that was working on the day that I was here was polite friendly and very engaging. Would I stay here again? Hell yeah! You can't beat the price for what you get, and it is close to restaurants and shopping and other things that you would want to do in this area. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of a solid 5 is because I think some of the rooms are a little outdated with the furniture. For being outdated does not mean it's not comfortable. I would recommend rodeway Inn US 19 in Clearwater Florida for a motel room we just can't beat the price.”
