The manager, Brandon, was very helpful in selecting the right phone I needed and explained the features and the accessories. He also gave me a great deal, and I will be going to this store. I went into to change carriers, but after the experience with Brandon. I decided to stay with Metro PCS.

This metro pcs was not professional at all. The guy who helped me named Nicholas was smoking a vape while paying my phone bill. The guy in the back was sleeping. The credit card machine had to be reset and Nicholas didn't want to wake the guy in the back for help. Didn't catch his name. Curly hair guy. Came out of the back all sleepy looking. It was a gross experience. I was going to purchase a tablet but left after I paid my bill. Smoking and sleeping on the job. Not professional at all. Do better with your employees metro pcs. The address is 1928 US 19 Holiday Florida.

I went in looking for a hotspot...they could have sold me that but they saved me about $100 by recommending the wireless home internet instead.. it works amazing!! I cant remember their names but everyone working that morning of Tuesday, September 5th was more than helpful! Great team and great attitudes too

Rude staff. " you can go in another store" the young lady with the glasses said, when (after the customer service phone line, clearly told us " go in any Metro pcs store with your ID and get your account number and the release pin number, they have to, even if they denied") we step in the store and ask for these numbers, but the above employee, keep denied and she end up show us the exit door. We've been loyal customers for too long to deserve that kind of treatment.

So very helpful! I had an issue with Metro PCS and called customer service. My issue was FAR from resolved on the phone. . I went to Metro PCS in person and spoke with Michelle and Michael. They were so kind, patient and helpful. They listened and addressed the issue, and though the problem could not be resolved in the store, Michelle made a phone call to help solve this. Both Michelle and Michael are an asset to Metro PCS . They went above and beyond to help me. Thanks, y'all!

Very sad experience. My father lost his phone and then purchased a new one. Guy never offered to switch the number. Or even ask him if he has tracked it yet. Not even 5 hours later I'm making him return the brand new phone since I tracked his other one. Gentleman tells me they are unable to refund since nothing is wrong with the device. Despite the receipt clearly stating you have 14 days to return the phone in good, undamaged condition. You cant use more than 60 minutes (which he never used). He also explained that they are not affiliated with metro... So I went back to my car and called metro. Now I have metro on the phone while I walk back into the store. Everything is cool at first, the gentleman is talking to the metro customer service on my speaker phone and then when customer service says he is getting his supervisor. The gentleman no longer wants to speak to them cause again they are not affiliated. Now supervisor of customer service is on the line and I explain he will no longer speak with them and why. She says that per their metro promise agreement that is not accurate! How they are going to be filing a complaint. Suddenly gentleman says he can help. How ironic. I was not nice simply because he took advantage of someone and literally made me make an issue out of something that could have been handled in 5 minutes. He also requested my name and phone number. So Brandon, here is my name, but you will not get my number. Sad that you actually have lost a customer for metro pcs due to your lack of being a decent person. And I have no idea why I even addressed you as a gentleman in this review because I did not experience that side of you!

The big bald head man was super rude and disrespectful. Also he did not have 15 cents for my change and wanted to keep 85cents on my money then Threw my money on the counter and said go somewhere else I don’t want to help you and I’m not going to help you.

I left them years ago and I am so glad to be back..!! They don't rip you off like all of those other big phone companies like AT&T...? I couldn't believe the bill that AT&T was sending me at 67 when I'm hardly ever on my phone.. Metro is a reputable place, and if you're smart, you will stay with them...?

I can't ask for a better metro and a better sales rep than Anthony. We came in and had a terrible issue with my home internet and Anthony took the issue in stride and didn't let our issue keep him from providing the best service I have seen in any metro and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my service.

Sales person was deceptive, lied, and openly refused to rectify the situation when called out on 2 separate occasions and products.Metro phone service has been good. This franchise is garbage.
