I own my own business so for me to take time out for a review takes alot I wanna start off by saying aaa can sometimes be pain in the butt , but when you have employees like Efrain towing your vehicle while your at work everything changes everything was just smooth sailing from when he called til he dropped it off this guy is like a modern super hero communication to updating me from now on I will only use Efrain at Pete’s towing highly recommend them.

I called AAA yesterday morning, they told me that Pete's Towing would be towing my vehicle. The driver Efrain Morales called me gave me a time that he would arrive. He showed up right when he said he would, he was very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. He was very good about being gentle with my vehicle and got it to my mechanic and dropped it off right where I needed, whoever runs Pete's towing needs to take care of Efrain Morales Truck #79 he's a driver you don't want to lose, Thanks B.

Efrain provided fast and professional service. I was concerned about not having a vehicle to get to work. Efrain offered to take me to the dealership while he was dropping my vehicle off….made a stressful situation much easier to figure out. He also mentioned that Pete’s Towing was a great company to work for, we are lucky to have such a reputable business in the community. Thank you Efrain! We will definitely use this company again in the future!

Absolutely horrible customer service
I asked for an ETA after waiting for four hours and customer service cancelled my tow with AAA. I’m on the side of the street with my three small kids and they couldn’t care less. I’m so disappointed that they are an AAA contractor

Tuesday April 16, we had a car towed at night, unfortunately the driver ran over my mailbox. I understand it was an accident. But since then I can not get a response from them, ive called several times I talked to some lady fist and then have talked to mike a million times and gave all my info. Now Im getting letters from the post man saying my mail is going to be delayed. I honestly don't know what to do Ive been waiting months to talk to the mgr Mike, no call, email, text, nothing. Is there someone else I need to contact? Plz help. Thanks

Richard was the driver I had today when my car broke down at Cecelia st and Madison street at the light, he was so professional, quick and nice. What an asset to your company…I will defiantly be using Pete’s towing again..

Great service! AAA sent William with Pete's towing yesterday to help me with battery service. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he showed up. He was at my home in under 30 minutes, and he had my car up and running within minutes. He was very helpful and friendly, explained everything that needed to be done and gave me great advice for the future. It was a positive experience overall and I was happy to be able to drive my car the same day ?

Service tech pay 15$ a hour ( ohh almost forgot plus tips and commission on batteries sales ?). requirements own tools clean drivers license,provide your own mvr if out of state license
Job req,change alternator,tires,oil change ,fuel pump,axles ,ball joints,front end, axles , batteries basically slave yourself and die. And if you ask for more than 15$ a hr is a red flag like I was told
Burger king literally 2 blocks away 17$ hour
Requirements, bring your ass to work and flip burgers the whole 8 hr
Make your own conclusions . I guess the problem is nobody wants to work right? ?
Mechanics is a dying breed , thanks to places like this.

READ the 1 star reviews before using this company.
My daughter needed a tow yesterday 10/13/24 and was paying with cash. Pete said his tow truck had fuel leak issues and was delayed. He then told her he was on the way and would be there in 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, she tried calling and texting with no answer. He never showed and left her and my wife waiting. They left after 2 hours of waiting and not getting a response. If something happened and he couldn't make it, we would understand. But, not answering the phone and not responding to texts is horrible service and lack of communication.

Thank you to Sean who diligently tried to tow our car which was totalled in the hurricane. To no fault of his own the car was unable to be towed but he tried as much as possible and went above and beyond to make it happen which is why the 5 stars.
