Please do not store anything in this place, it is not safe. I pay for a whole year to store my things and I arrived a few days ago to look for it and it turns out that everything I had there was sent to auction!!! All my things were stored there because I thought I was safe!! They did not take a month's worth of my account to do this, it was all an excuse to steal everything I had inside, my work tools, three beds, many toys and my children's things!!!! I arrived at the place feeling scammed, they only told me it was sold, they did not even warn me but everything was planned by them!!!! They are thieves, do not store anything there

fake reviews, I have my clothing inventory in a unit here at 2262 US 19. My unit was leaking water in on my clothes. It’s raining again today and I still can’t get in contact with the front desk. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced with a professional storage facility. My things a ruined and my bill was due yesterday, I came to pay the bill but unsure if I should do that now. This is beyond frustrating.

I ve been with public Storeage for years. It its always kept clean and secure. The manager lisa is always at your service. She is very professional and the best manager I've ever seen. Always returns calls promptly. Friendly attitude. And takes pride in the many daylie operations on the property. I highly recommend. Public Storeage for your belongings. Ask for lisa. I want to tell people in the New Port Richey area that Public Storage in Holiday with Lisa (the manager) is a very safe, reliable location to store your things. I have never had a problem at this location, even during the hurricanes. And Lisa goes out of her way to return calls, to help me, and keeps the property nice and clean. I highly recommend Public Storage In Holiday, ask for Lisa, she will help you get the best unit and price. Lisa is a busy hands on manager so leave a message and she'll get back with you that is for sure. Thank you Lisa!
