This is the only Salvation Army store that doesn't play Christian Music in the store, I confronted the manager about it ( who always wears a surgical mask ) and he said they can't tune it in, which is completely false because they had no problem tuning the station in when he didn't work there... Also the books are never half priced, and the Lord knows this world needs more literacy. William Booth would be very disappointed they have lost their way and purpose of the Salvation Army... Please contact corporate and report this Manager...

I forgot why I stopped going to thrift stores like Salvation army and goodwill, I saw two items from Dollar tree going for 1.99, one being a waste basket! They think a used trashcan increases in value over time I guess.

Meh. Crowded. Crack head shoppers and cripples . Always one cashier. She is actually OK, yet overworked. Male, Caucasian manager. Brown hair about 52 lazy. He just wonders around pretending to appear busy. That game. The outside sign, color of the day sale often incorrect. Weird old dudes in parking lot. I'm in my 50s . I shop This store all over US. Poorly ran, lazy management.

I was charged for 9 items and only purchased 7, and then asked to round up. Didn't you already get extra for me. And for heavens sake please find a better way of attaching the prices. It's any wonder I haven't contracted tetanus from being stabbed and scratched by staples.

I've had a positive experience every time I go. Convenient access from US 19 with plenty of parking. This is a must for me.
My pattern is dropping off my giveaways first then going in to shop.
The store is always clean, well organized and there is a lot to choose from. The cashiers are always nice.
I love when certain items are half off!
See you all soon! I have more giveaways!

Today i went to make a donation like i do every few weeks. There was 1 car in front of me so i proceeded to unload my donations into the outside blue bins. The tiny older man told me i could not do that even though i have done that multiple times with other employees there. I had to wait in my car and then pull up. I got back in my car and the xar in front me left and he made no move to unload my stuff but proceeded to uload the blue donation bin of all items in it. He only stopped when the tall man came out and i complained to him about why i was stuck waiting there in my car and not allowed to put my donations in the bins like usual. I wanted to unload my car myself because i had other items in it i did not want to donate and did not want them mistakenly taken. Also while the man had me waiting for no explainable reason more cars pulled up to donate and we were all stuck there waiting and watching him unload the donation bin when we could have unloaded our own stuff and been gone. I hope this is not a new thing as it slows the donation process down and was upsetting.

The prices are ridiculous they went up big time these items are given to you for free and your being extremely greedy..14.00$ for a cheap button down shirt..you didn't double them..you quadrupled them...I've lived here for 51 yrs and going to Holiday location since they opened..I will never go back...

Fitting rooms close an HOUR before the store. Employees surly and unhappy. Don't waste your time here.

I've donated over the years without issue at this location and Clearwater. However I was disrespected and humiliated in front of customers and staff by an associate by the name of Steve. I had misplaced my phone and I can't be sure if it was stolen or lost as he refused to help me in any way. It was only a few minutes after closing that I was still looking for it. I asked if looking at camera security was possible at a later time or if I can leave my information. He said that he "didn't care" that they were closed. Understood. His tone was completely out of line and I told him it wasn't necessary to speak to me that way since I have not shown him any sign of disrespect. He said he could talk to me anyway he pleased and for me to leave. I was there with my 8 year old daughter and his behavior was just ugly especially in front of my child. I am a victim of domestic abuse and this was triggering to the both of us. When I asked for his name, he proceeded to put his hand on his hip and say "Steve, now get out or do I have to call the police?". No way was I ever threatening and no way, was I trying to stay. He only had to ask once and I complied. I don't know if he was having a bad day but I sat in my car and cried because I did not know how to defend myself or speak up and I feel like I let another man disrespect me in front of my child. I never once was rude. I was too upset having lost my phone. Another thing, shortly before noticing my phone was missing, a man was making threatening gestures with golf clubs he picked up and had made eye contact with me. I was ready to leave because of this that's when I realize my phone was missing. I notified an employee and Steve about the man he just ignored me completely. The lady however said they get weird mentally disturbed people and drug addicts walking around there all the time because the area they were in. I wanted to ask someone to walk me to my car because the man had disappeared but after everything Steve said and did I knew the answer to that. I'm not sure who else to contact but I feel this needs to be addressed. He has no idea what he put me through emotionally and I'm afraid to contact the store manager because he said :Good luck with that." I just want his behavior addressed. I want to know if they found my phone. I'm too upset to go back.

Found some cool stuff, but their prices on some things were more than buying it new and paying full retail.

The donation men in the back are rude. I asked if they were able to accept something and they said if we weren't able to take it I wouldn't be holding it. Lines are backed up on both sides. Employees look miserable and stand around and chit chat by the dressing rooms. 0/10 service.

I'm not one to complain, but the customer service at this location was absolutely horrible!!! The attitude I received from the cashier today was completely unacceptable and to the Asst. Manger, who I spoke to, you should set a better example for your team. Corporate office will be contacted.
