Service is always great, the crew even scrubbed my wheels extra prior to wash since the wash itself never gets all the dirt off my deep rims. Thanks guys!

A solid experience. Their basic wash was adequate for us. Lots of clean towels and spray afterward to allow us to do a good interior cleaning. Their vacuums were extra efficient at removing dog hair (either that or Florida humidity made the job easier than Arizona static electricity).

Great customer service!!! Had an issue with our plan, the manager took care of it right away and made sure I was able to get in touch with corporate. So friendly and a great car wash!!

Worst water spots I have ever received from a car wash. I could have rinsed the car off with a garden hose and gotten better results. There are about 200 car washes on this stretch of US 19. Don't bother with this one.

Been going here for a while now. The staff is always very polite and helpful. The towels are always full, windows cleaner always filled, and the vacuums work extremely good. 10/10

I am extremely happy with the service that I was provided with at the tidal wave location in holiday. Not only did I receive a perfectly clean car but I was also treated extremely well by the employees and they were extremely helpful with going over the differences between the different wash options that are provided at tidal wave. Not to mention they got an awesome deal on their membership you get a whole month worth of washes for the price of 2!!! If your local to holiday or commute though holiday and care about the cleanliness of your vehicle I highly recommend the location in holiday. My business will not be going anywhere anytime soon!

Bad set up. First 2 vacuums I used were both broken and there isn’t vacuums on both sides of car. This place lacks basic standards of every car wash. Right down the street but never going again. Cheap establishment even though it looks nice. Business advice : DO NOT SACRIFICE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TO SAVE MONEY
