Came in for a rental and was greeted by Melissa who was so calm, it was a bit busy and close to closing but she controlled the environment and got everyone what they needed. Thank you Melissa for being Awesome!

I had a reservation for 445 I showed up at 450 the door was locked the lights were off we called and they said nobody was there they close at 5

The trailer that I wanted didn't come in. These guys located the nearest one and gave me a discount for making me drive the extra distance. 2nd location was ready for me so I was in-n-out no problem. I dropped off the trailer and was given an invitation to just stop in to "shoot the breeze" if I want. Very personable.

the u-haul barely drives and is very dirty, it has roaches!! the guy is horrible and does not help at all. would not recommend.

This particular U-Haul location is rather nice they do try to accommodate you to the best of their capabilities with the pandemic going on they are short-staffed they have things going on so things might have a little bump in the road but for the most part this location is extremely excellent I abused them time and time again.
