Make sure have your own shipping supplies. They charged me 4 dollars for a box that probably cost them 50 cents and the tape that came with the box is a joke.. Small roll of tape 3.99. Small roll of bubble wrap 3.99 2nd roll of big bubble wrap 4.99. Then i had to pay shipping of 25 dollars. My bill was 40 dollars just to ship a small box by ground. What a rip off. Been coming here for the past 20 years and i will never buy any shipping supplies from here nor will I ever ship anymore package through USPS. Should've went to UPS for the same price for 2 day shipping. They rip you off on shipping supplies.

Local service results in missing car registrations, health supplements, orders online. Anytime I see something is coming via USPS my insides cringe over the overwhelming incompetence polluting the aether from these people. This is why we can't have nice things Florida.

I cannot say I've ever been treated so rudely at a post office. If you have an option don't go here. I used a piece of tape to seal my package in the lobby (not knowing it was priority mail only) the lady Jennifer ripped the tape off and proceeded to put other tape on the package telling me that the tape I used was only for priority mail and tried to shame me about it. When i asked to speak to her boss she informed me she was the only one there. I did call in a complaint but no one returned my call. She was the most unhappy and rudest agent I have ever worked with. I urge you not to visit this location.

What terrible service. I get a notice that they tried to deliver my package on Saturday I was home and music was playing the driver was just too lazy to walk up to the door and put the one pound package by the door. So twice I went online and asked that it be delivered Will that never happened. I called tarpon springs post office they tell me that the package definitely is at the holiday office on Mile stretch. I go there and the counter girl was very rude this was today January 12th 2023 about 4:00. I'm just tired of the incompetent people at the post office it truly is as if they don't care. Now I have to call tarpon springs and see if the package is there it's just ridiculous.

Update: So, the*Saturday delivery driver*, strikes again . This is not the first time she's made an excuse not to bring my package to the door. Really, how hard is your job. Good pay, long hours, Great benefits. Go work at McDonald's. Just because you want to go home early don't mean you can make excuses to not deliver people's stuff. That is your only job.. I waited all day for my delivery, did not get my delivery because somehow they said there was an animal interfering with their delivery. Are they crazy!! too lazy to walk to the door is the reality. Very disappointed, now I have to wait until Monday because there were too lazy to walk to the door. Shame on you slack delivery driver, I will certainly have a conversation with you next time I see you. I cannot wait for that.

To the rude man “Jay” working behind the counter, if you don’t like your job that much there are other paying jobs out there that don’t involve customer service.0/10 I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.The lady that ended up helped me today was way nicer and honestly deserves a raise for putting up with that man. He was so rude and clearly hates his job.

Just drop off 3 packages its all said FRAGILE and they dont care even i labeled "THIS SIDE UP ⬆⬆⬆" they threw the packages into the bin, didn't even care what the customers labeled on the packages at all.....can tell that they dont love their jobs.... so you cant expect higher pay with no work ethics....

The hours are a complete inconvenience to anyone that has a job. Why are they closed on the weekends when people have time to go mail things?
