Lisa is amazing at Acceptance! A Rockstar! It's not only her professionalism, her demeanor, her enthusiasm, her knowledge, she makes the experience fun and enjoyable. Most important, she cares about her clients.The company should be very happy and proud to have an employee like her. If anyone is looking for auto insurance, etc..I highly recommend them to ask for Lisa.

Would give negative if possible run away from this company as fast as you can! They canceled my policy while on a payment arrangement lied, stole money from my bank account under false pretense, and have employees that think it’s OK to scream at you and refuse to do their job! Repeated lies and passed the buck when I called corporate to solve the problem here and I have proof of everything!

This place needs to be close. Do not get insurance from this scam artist. Move out of Florida call to cancel my car insurance and 3 times talk to a person after I told him I want to cancel he started acting like an answer machine. Call the second time they hang up on me. The last time someone spoke Spanish and then transferred me to the main office of progressive. Please if you are recording like you says it was Tuesday February 25 at 11:26 am central time. Don’t get insurance from this people.

Lisa Harper is an amazing employee! She is so kind and patient! I went in the other day to make sure that the coverage I had was what I needed and that I was paying the best prices that could be found! If I ever change insurance, or need to cover something new... I will definitely be using her!!!
