3 months ago I paid 6,000 dollars for a lemon. All of my income tax money went into buying a van that only lasted for about 3 months. Then the Engine blow. I begged him for a for reliable vehicle. And during the conversation, he told me that he was tired of everybody calling him about the used cars Saying that he was a responsible for any of them Then I said well stop taking people money for cars that are not good. I wish I never purchased a car from him

Travelled 75 miles to buy a vehicle from Joseph at Alpha. This is my child's first car. I found the vehicle on Carfax. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Joseph. I made it clear I was 90 minutes away and wasn't driving there to waste my time negotiating. I told him exactly what I was looking for, the features I wanted and my budget. We agreed on everything, so I went there to see it and for a test drive. The vehicle was as accurately pictured and described and test drive went well. Sold. Maybe 10 days later I received registration, title and tags via priority mail. This is the place if customer service is important to you.

Possan was a pleasure to work with. We were able to get our teenager a safe used car at a reasonable price. The car is not in perfect condition, but it is older so this is what we expected. The navigation system did not work and AUA fixed it at no charge. I would recommend Alfa Used Auto.

Great experience from beginning to end, buying a used vehicle is always stressful, Joseph and his team are honest and genuine, something you don’t find in today’s society. The owner and salesman were very accommodating and so cordial. There was no pressure to buy. We test drove a few cars before making a decision and each time they were very informative. Once we decided to buy, we were in and out in less than 40 min.

They were very professional. And very very reasonable with pricing and the two men who run this are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They sell great cars for a great price. Remember it’s a used car place but for used cars they keep them in very good condition. I just got a Nissan rogue a few days ago and I haven’t had any problems and with the little things I wanted to have fixed they fixed them no problem and no extra charge I would definitely recommend. THANK YOU ALFA.

Yosef and Fred - Friendly and professional. I was a used car sales manager, salesman and worked some finance. I’ve dealt with prime and sub prime. I know the business. I know the pros, cons, good and bad. I feel this is a decent lot with decent inventory. Fair pricing and negotiation. I’d recommend. We bought our daughter a car here and happy.
The check engine light did appear the same day as purchased. I emailed them (it was late) and they replied next morning telling me to bring it in. Due to distance and unknown reason for light. We opted to take it to the auto part store. It was $18 part for the EVAP sensor. No biggie. The owner said he would take care if it. Otherwise, everything has gone well with the car.
